I would definetely prefer Torres. He's obviously one of the most talented young strikers in the world (besides ROOOONEY and Podolski). He has much more to offer than Ibra. Torres has the discipline it needs to become a great player, he's got the skills, and I don't think physical strength will be a problenm for him guys.

For me, Torres has only 1 advantage if we compare him to Zlatan: - his age.

Errr... 22, 24, 25... still young.

I don't get Ibras advantages... Is it his attitude? The fact that he played a great season with Juventus, or his outstanding performance in the WC?

... more physical, more tecnical, knows italian soccer (and how to play on it, not as the spaniard), cheaper, Juventus player (after all, they lose a great young talent (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) ), knows how to score against Inter (important (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ), etc ...

Spot on.
Actually guys, as I've said before, even though I'd rather have Ibra than Torres I don't really like them and my strategy would be completely different; Right now I'd spend those bloody millions on Diarra/Mascherano, I'd buy another young CB and LB, Nelson as a RB and maybe Oddo too!!!

I'd play the victorious Xtree and I'd give everything (I mean EVERY LITTLE THING) to seal a deal with Barca for Messi - not for now maybe even in two years it would be great.Maybe some of you think of this as a bad policy but the V Xtree rocks - it's not anything temporary - plus we'll have to try really hard to lose the scudetto seeing as our only real contender is Inter ... Ibra did not score many goals last season, but how many goals did he "offer" to Trezeguet?! Yeah...

I bet Torres had more assists than Ibra! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Someone find the facts!

I justed looked the facts up. Ibra had one poor assist in the CL while Torres had none. So Ibra really has more assists...but hey...it's just one...

the only great defender in La Liga though is Puyol ((IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) ) and maybe Sorin.Oh, and Ramos ( HA (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) HA (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) HA ).In Serie A most defenders are "imprevious to attackers" ... let alone through balls!!!

Best defender in La Liga? Cannavaro. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Ramos is good but it's young. Needs a good and experient partner. I think this season he'll grow and become a better CB.
