Where exactly did I say Pippo should start alone ?! I'm not the coach, that is for him to decide. But, what I meant was Pippo should start the game with oli (obviously) alongside him, then introduce Gila later on in the game.

I doubt Carlo trusts Gila more than Pippo, especially in a CL match that is crucial for the club and for his own status in Milan. Unfair to Gila, but reality bites ... I hope Gila scores against Bayern too, we need him to find that form of his, but not at the expense of us sitting and waiting for him to actually shoot it into the net. I didn't mean it like that, I understood what you said. But IF Carlo starts with a 4-4-1-1 which is HIGHLY likely then Gila would be the most natural solution.

I never meant it as if YOU said that Pippo should start alone, but I'm just presuming that we'll probably start the game with one upfront.

In any case we came up against better opposition yesterday then them and the fact that even without counting our eight point penalty we are doing better then them in our league is proof of how unconvincing they are this season.

Yes, both teams played bad this season, but they are just lucky that other teams haven't exploit that and they still have a shot to win the title.

I agree that Bayern aren't performing that well this season, which is why I think we'll beat them over 2 legs, to some comfort, too.

Yep, I meant to put that in also.

Inter are running away with our league while all of the top teams in Germany are inconsistant and don't take advantage of the other's slip ups.

If we where playing in Spain or Germany we would have a shot at he title still, because there aren't any run away leaders.
