Going by rumours atm, we could end up with Biabiany, Borini and maybe Van Ginkel (all on loan except for Biabiany). I mean there are just absolutely no words.

They're on a mission to sign every mediocre player out there and not pay a cent for any of them if it's possible as well.

This window has been even more depressing than the last few years put together

Borini is like Bojan, only 10x worse.

I think I've answered this question a 100 times

If our options are nothing or waste money on bringing in some mediocre player that EVERYONE will be complaining about within a few months and will become a financial burden that will be happy to sit on our bench, then I'd rather have absolutely no one than bringing in someone just for the sake of bringing him in.

Biabiany is absolutely god awful!! He makes me wish desperately for Cerci! That's how bad he is imo.

There are options out there, Lestienne could come for nothing, he's got some pretty amazing stats and is young and talented, I'd rather take a chance on loaning him than bring in Biabiany, if he doesn't cut it, we just send him back. Simple as that

So basically, you're not having suggestions?

I gave you Lestienne as a suggestion.

RW doesn't concern me as much, so I'm okay with bringing in a kid with talent and potential in that area.

But if it's Biabiany as the only option, I'd rather stick with what we have, because I know for a fact the whining that will go on here about him when he turns into a total waste of time and money will be epic (don't get me wrong, I'll be involved in them as the rest on here). Biabiany is absolutely not what we need, he won't improve the team, just be another dead weight

Agreed, another complete waste of time.

How many times did you actually see Lestienne play?

Are you seriously telling me you'd want Biabiany here?? He's nothing but speed, offers nothing else to the team.

I'd rather a Serie A proven player who's had a few good seasons over somebody who's only played in a crap league who I've barely seen anything of.

QUOTE (han2503 @ Aug 26 2014, 02:46 PM) *
If you're going to ask me that question, I'll have to ask you what your obsession is with mediocre/average Serie A players?

Obsession? I'm a football fan. Milan happen to be mediocre and linked with such players, which is why we talk about them. If Cerci is indeed mediocre, you're the one with the obsession, you can't go long without bringing him up.

Torres keeps coming back up. To me, that would be a huge waste of money, particularly from a club that is having financial challenges.

Personally, I would prefer no signing right now rather than someone we will regret having (and will struggle to get rid of - we have enough of those). Better off taking a chance with Primavera (if necessary) and sitting on the money until we find someone worth getting, perhaps this winter.

Very. But why not Cerci in gold too? That would make our penguin completely lost (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

In the past I used to refer to Real Madrid as the Ferarri with no reverse gear.....meaning that they are exceptional going forward but when it comes time to get back (and defend) they have a rather roundabout approach to it.

At present, and after Real have yet again won the CL, it seams that Milan is the one that has stolen that revrese gear because we take the things from Real's past and simply can't stop going backward. Torres didn't even come from the Real Madrid and now that he's history, we seem most interested in him (IMG:http://forum.acmilan-online.com/images/smilie/facepalm.gif)
