It seems that Milan only buy back the co-ownership player. And thus to save the money, reduce the wage bill.
There would no any big transfer deals happen this summer.
Sell Kaka ,Gourcuff money is just selling business but no other replacements

Tonight will be in the vicinity of Hamburg, where the Wolfsburg is located on the preparations, a meeting will be held Edina Dzeko and his manager Irfan Redžepagića with leaders Wolfsburg.

The meeting is one: It goes there or representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the ranks of the German champion.

More importantly, Milan's "bait" for Dzeko, and the BH team said his desire to join the team from San Siro.

"Here, I just landed in Germany, so now I'm going to plug here Wolfsburg camp near Hamburg, where they are preparing. For tonight's scheduled meeting with the administration of Wolfsburg, after which many things will be clearer as to whether the Edin go or stay in Wolfsburg. However, at this point, it would be unprofessional to give a statement related to this issue, "said fort the SportSport.ba Irfan Redžepagić, agent representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Italian media have been told that the Wolfsburg have offered a new contract to Dzeko, but it is a "diamond" that rejected it coes of his disire to play for Milan. Milan Vice President Adriano Galliani on the other hand, carefully monitor the situation around the negotiations between Dzeko - Wolfsburg.

From our point of view is obviously that Edin will join his childhood love werry soon coes u can't say NO to MILAN.

Obafemi Martins replacement for Dzeko

New coach of Wolfsburg, Armin Veh, wants to bring the attacker fromNewcastlea - Nigerian star Obafemi Martins.
How states Wolfsburg Allgemeine Veh is already in negotiations with Newcastleom for arrival of Nigerian. Supposedly a new German champion for the players, who in 80 Premier League matches achieved 28 hits, are wiling to pay 7 million euros.

If this information proves correct, Wolfsburg would probably give the green light to our team members Edina Dzeko to go to Milan.

More importantly, Dzeo has announced that it will be during the weekend to meet with leaders of Wolfsburg, and that after this meeting to know whether the remains or leaves the ranks of the German champion.

Great to see _ the amount of useless players _ we had such as emerson and sheva _ leaving the club the OUTS' are very pleasing _ however they are hindered by the fact that we sold gourcuff _ i am truly depressed when i watch videos of him now at bordeaux and for the france NT he was Kaka's ideal replacement _ (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

KAKA' was a good sell for 60 million _ so im not gonna lose too much sleep but gorky _ was a big no no _ (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

as for the in's dzeko is vital for the forward line or else we end up with de gennaro and pato linkin up (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Interesting read from the official site. Galliani talks about a lot of things.

QUOTE
SITUATION IN EVOLUTION

MILAN – These are the declarations of Saturday June 27 of Adriano Galliani, in the second and final day of the Rossoneri’s workshop of Tanka Village of Villasimius.

THE YOUNG PLAYERS

“Di Gennaro returned at 100% to Milan. I was anxious, because he is a very talented player, he’s a player who can become good in a medium period. I just spoke to him; he was happy, he was jumping around and as a role he said that he can also play as a wide attacker. He can play as an attacking midfielder or a wide attacker.”

“Yesterday Zigoni passed the medical. On Monday we shall deposit the contract. We have purchased him on a definite title from Treviso and he will play with the Primavera. We want to return to have a competitive Primavera, Filippo Galli is working very well. Our youth sector gave to Serie A many players. There’s Astori, who president Cellino tells me that he will be a starter, there's Paloschi, who Parma believe a lot in him and there are many others. The youth sector has allowed the club to make very important profits for the balance. In the first squad we have four young players who come from our youth team, that is Darmian, Antonini, Abate and Di Gennaro. Zigoni will be called-up up by the first team on July 6 because the national team players will not be available yet. Apart from Zigoni we will also have, on July 6, Strasser, Albertazzi, Amadi and Harmony, the two Nigerian players who last year did very well with the Primavera."

THE TRANSFER MARKET

“The interest for Dzeko exists from the web of our observers which is headed by Ariedo Braida. Almost all players in the world are part of our bank data. For the technical project of Leonardo of next season, we have believed that Dzeko could do for us. However we have no agreement with Dzeko. He's a Wolfsburg player. Dzeko has expressed his interest, but right now there are no negotiations. We have written to Wolfsburg and they replied that he is not for sale. If Wolfsburg will change mind, we have agreed that they call Milan. The first official game is on August 23, there’s no hurry. Between Dzeko and Wolfsburg there’s no tension, we have always known that the meeting is today and will happen today. I repeat, if Wolfsburg change their mind, I'm ready to leave straight away and go to the wolves city. There's no sum as of yet and Dzeko is not for sale. If he is transfer listed, then we'll start talking about the amount."

“For Adebayor there was just a phone call, in which Wenger was gentle.”

“For Pirlo there has been no offer and on Thursday evening with Ancelotti it was just a dinner between old friends, since Carletto was in Milan for the thesis of his daughter. On Wednesday evening, I went for dinner with Gattuso who gave his availability to reduce his salary. He still has two years of contract, he will pass to three years, reducing the wage. Gattuso is an example, a real extraordinary man.”

“I don’t think that Cissokho will arrive. I hope that Beckham returns in January. There’s nothing dramatic about Ambrosini, but I must balance the books and there are some slight differences. Oddo has returned, he’s a Milan player, he has two years of contract. If there are interesting opportunities for him and us, we’ll see. Favalli signed a contract for the 2009/10 season. From Nesta and Kaladze there are good news.”

THE ECONOMY

“Milan will have a careful eye on the balances, but will not decrease its ambitions and the sponsors present here understood that. Yesterday I did not speak about the success of Milan on the international to attack Inter, absolutely not. Our international success are unique to Milan and I use this argument to keep the sponsors always attached to the Milan project. We’re here to work, not to attack Inter. The brand is magic, fuelled by the results, but not necessarily only by the results. The Real myth has grown even though from 1966 to 1998 Real did not win the Champions Cup. You must take notice of the new world economic reality. Italy is worth half of a year ago. The companies on the market are worth 50% less. Now we must be good to balance the books as well as build a competitive squad. Milan had balance problems and now solved them once and for all.”

“Our objectives are always the same: finishing in the top three in the league and go as forward as possible in the Champions League. We have a salary cap to reduce in a consistent way. Milan must reach level in the ordinary management and I hope to succeed also in the exercise that was started on January 1, and which ends on December 31. We will not have to be forced to sell players."

No need to bold anything..they're all relevant. Check out the last paragraph though. Looks like this 'the season' for AC Milan v2.

Milan started the galatico concept with Silvio's money..and now Milan want to get out of that style. Obviously coz we can't compete anymore, but let's see. Somehow I want to have faith in this project. I also have a lot of hope on Dzeko. He might be a real find. Similarly I remember Galli saying Di Gennaro was much more talented than Paloschi.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/king.gif) Rino. I can already hear han loading guns on Ambro. Though in his defence poor man will probably be signing is last contract.

Favalli extends. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) That settles it, once he retires he's coming to the Milan backroom staff. Good move. You're not given the title of 'Professor' just like that.

"Milan will have a careful eye on the balances, but will not decrease its ambitions"

Arriving among the first three in the championship and going as far as possible in the Champions League.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) , being happy with not winning the scudetto is ambitious?

you it's like you have a classroom of 20 students, you are in the top echelon and expected to excel. the Big text comes along and your goal is only to reach par or to be 3rd best? of course not it's always to be no. 1 to aim to be the best, thats how you get ahead.

I don't understand how you could have faith in a project that involves, buying our own players bac for twice the money we got in the co-ownership deals, selling our best players, keeping the duds that earns as much as the best players on the team, renewing with old useless players like Favalli and Ambro, and not making any serious moves in the transfer marker accept for buying our own Primavera players, its just ridiculous what Milan has been reduced to because Berlusconi has no interest anymore in spending. And Milan have never adapted any golacticos philosphy, in the past 2 good players a season were bought and not because they had the fame of Ronaldo and Beckham but because they were true world class players that would actually make the team better. This is how any big club should be run, and if Silvio cannot handle that he should step out and leave the club be, because at this rate he's burning it right to the ground.

Yes I'm proud of Rino and even more disgusted by Ambro's insistance on hiking up an already more then high wage that in reality he does not deserve. We should put him on the transfer list once and for all. Give him and Seedorf to Napoli plus cash in exchange for Hamsik. I don't care but do not renew his contract and on top of that give him a ridiculously high wage when you're continuously complaining about your finances (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

And Favalli renewing his contract (IMG:style_emoticons/default/puke.gif) How ambitious can you be when you're renewing this guy's contract instead of looking for a good defender to take Maldini's place. This when your defence is beyond horrible. Let's not kid ourselves here, Nesta? He's not back, and he never will be after the injury he's had. You watch, he'll be out the entire season because of his back and we'll be forced to play with the uselessly slow, error prone Favalli and untested Thiago Silva for all of next season. Wow we're so ambitious its about to bring tears to my eyes (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

They've renewed with Favalli because they're not going to buy any more 'defenders' (that means, rookie defenders don't count - real defender). expect Favalli to start in at least 15-20 games next season as well...

Bah, great. Dzeko is staying at Wolfsburg, apparently he couldn't persuade them to sell him.
Now, our next target is unfortunately Adebayor or Fabiano. I think instead of looking for striker right now we should switch into searching for CB, LB and AM.

After the information that Edin Dzeko said he remains in Wolfsburg, Germany from where the water negotiations, arrived denial.

"Stay in Wolfsburg," said Sky Sports alleged statement Edina Dzeko, after last night to start negotiations between BiH and representatives managers of Wolfsburg, who are "diamonds" offered two versions of the contract.

However, this is not true, because the negotiations with player and manager Irfan Redžapagića and leaders Wolfsburg still endure, and nothing is still not precisely agreed.

"At this time, yet nothing is completed. Negotiations with Wolfsburg still endure and this is at this point, we have the meeting, "said Irfan Redžepagić for SportSport.ba and allegedly commented Džekinu statement according to which the representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina said that remains in Wolfsburg.

"I believe that they appeared much speculation, as was the case up to now. Edin that he could not say anything yet because we have not agreed. As I said, we are still at the meeting and will be available during the day, "he added Redžepagić for SportSport.ba.
