QUOTE (dst @ Jan 30 2008, 03:47 PM)
I can't see why he insists on fielding more than one DMF's. Especially since we don't have our fullbacks fit. He says it's for balance but it's not like we've faced any attacking sides so far and if stability is allowing the opposition side a minimum of two big chances per game then something needs to be changed...  (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Exactly, and before Sheva left we never played with 2 defensive mids, even when we played with the xmas tree when Sheva was injured it was usually

Cafu--Nesta--Stam--Maldini
----Rino--Pirlo--Seedorf----
---------Rui--Kaka-----------
-----------Crespo------------

It was either that or the diamod with 2 strikers and Kaka in the hole. This whole thing from him is complete bullsh!t. Against teams like Man U or a team like that yes we have to play that tactic, but in the league, ESPECIALLY against a team like Reggina, there is no need for the 2 defensive mids, imo it works against us since we find it hard to break down and for some reason we are still insanely vulnerable to counters (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

On another front, does anyone know any good streams for the game?

i think Emerson should start and the rest all attacking options we can put DMF's on when we are ahead and are closing the game out

I don't like Gattuso and Emerson together. Ancelotti could have opted for Gourcuff on the left since Favalli is playing.

It lags too much that you basically can't tell what's going on (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
