The Milan managers have once again missed to bring a bright talent. After we missed Sobis last year, this time Lucas Leiva goes to Liverpool.
Is there any other explanation, beside the stupidity?! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Sobis scored an important goal against FC Hype yesterday. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) So it's good for him to be in Spain. (Thank god!)

About the other, I heard many good things about him. But Milan always go for 30's yo guys... the experience is what matters in this club.

Center-midfielder, captain of Brazil under-20 NT... who just signed for Liverpool.

Milan, Manchester United and some other clubs were on the run too.

A blunder?? Yeah... I see your point, we're only in the CL final in our worst season since the late '90s...

Yeah, missing out on some guy that hasn't really proven himself is hardly a blunder.

I don't care if we buy old players, R9 and Oddo have proven great buys for the second half of the season, and they're both 30+

Yes it has worked so far the 'older' players we have we our team currently. But that has alot to do with these players being of extreme class.

I think if we were in the running for him, it might have been a blunder by us since he wasn't very expensive and is seen as the brazilian gerrard.

There's only one Gerrard, there will only ever be one Gerrard. He is unique. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The Brazilian Gerrard? Oh, so that means he's twice over-rated!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Yes, but tomorrow (next season) R9 and Oddo will be injured most of the time and Milan must buy new 30+.
This was a perfect time to get young players in support of the 30+ experience players.
Currently, we have only Gourcuff. Alas.

Over-rated? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

If anything he is under-rated, he's one of the best in the world, Liverpool are average at best, should be finishing 6th or 7th every year. Gerrard is the difference maker, he puts them into the CL every year.

Gerrard's English best center-midfielder... by far.

I'm with dst.. he's over-rated.

Don't get me wrong he's a very good player, besides his shooting ability he's just an average holding midfielder. What gets him all his accolades is his leadership qualities, they are tremendous and what gives liverpool that extra drive.

As far as pezzini goes.. that was just a comment I saw about being the brazilian gerrard. He's suppose to have immense talent and he was realtively cheap, just like milan like.

AHH!

Gerrard a holding midfielder? I wish, that's why he and Lampard struggle to play for England together, because they both love to get forward. The last thing he does is hold, he did early in his career, but not anymore.

Well when I say a holding midfielder.. I mean he controls it from CM.

He's a million times better than lampard but that again who isn't as well as obviously the best english midfielder.

Well kurt what do you think is major attributes are..

Oh yeh just watching a video from soccerpulse on pezzini.. looks alright, has a decent shot on him.
