I don't want to get excited as I don't want to get disappointed in case he doesn't come back. I am happy and I wish he makes it! As for the channel4 article... I don't know who the guy who wrote it is but he seems like a quitter to me! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I can't believe he's back. I had convinced myself not to believe in his return so that I would not get disappointed... it's incredible! We had the chance to experience the Nesta / Maldini partnership for one last time today... (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

QUOTE (Rossoneri7 @ Jun 1 2009, 05:41 PM) After Pato's goal ... The footage didn't show the substitution, not did the commentary even know of it .. Until, the camera focused and zoomed on him. I nearly chocked on my snack and I just couldn't believe it was Nesta & Maldini !!! Well, for that, never say Carlo didn't surprise you (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Yeah , Carlo did a good thing before leaving . (IMG: style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

When I saw the call ups for the game, my Scottish friend Caroline couldn't understand why I started squealing and jumping up and down excitedly. I was just opposite the Milan bench on Sunday and couldn't quite stop the smile when I saw him trot out with the subs. However, Fishdoll didn't disown me. I managed, just, not to squeal when he started warming up. It was only 15 minutes and he was understandably a bit rusty but there were a couple of moments of brilliance. It really was great to see him back.

Yep, I went to both games. Honestly, the second one was a far better game, rain notwithstanding.
Had a grand time in Italy -- good friends, good wine, lots of cool stuff to see (not counting the games), really nice hotels. It isn't often one pays 79 euros a night for a room with antique furniture, frescos on the ceiling, and a jacuzzi tub. That was particularly nice!

(IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) you know I wanted you to ask to send me a postcard from Italy as you offered to do so...but I thought that you don't know me as much as others....perhabs you'll be so kind to send me one the next time you go there. of course just if you don't mind. and I don't want to be pushy...not that you get me wrong...
