EDIT: Postscript. I just reread the 'today's training' bit. And Gattuso took part in the whole training with the team.  (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devilsmiley.gif)

Fiorentina just drew with Atalanta, so this game and the next will be vital in leapfrogging them and for the first time go into 4th spot, and who knows if we manage a decent run we might even get 3rd spot

Let's not get ahead of ourselves, Pato, Kaka and Rino are out right now, and it will be difficuilt for us to keep going consistantly and not stumble with the injuries we have.

Hopefully we'l at least win the next 3 games, which aren't that difficuilt, if we manage to win them I think 4th will be ours, then we'll start thinking about 3rd

@ han

Maybe I'm TOO optimistic, but I think we will finish this season as runners up!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Let's just take it one game at a time and hope for a good performance from a somewhat makeshift team tomorrow.

Fiorentina will struggle too. They are a young side and they will make more mistakes the closer we get to the end.

I don't think we will win all three games before the Arsenal encounter. But I believe we will still reach 4th.

ha! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Not gonna happen I believe but 3rd is possible. Especially if Juventus continue on
08 the way they started! It doesn't really make a big difference anyway...

Yep, we do always tend to lose the games in the league that come before a big CL clash even when we're in good form. But hopefully the fact that we're still fighting it out for 4th will motivate them enough to win atleast 2 and draw one, if we win all of them I would be more then happy

As for Fiorentina, who knows, what will happen, I think that if we manage a good run of form we'll fight with Juve for third, we will most likely lose points in the games before Cl clashes, but we'll see.

Sounds like it will be

Kalac
Oddo Nesta Maldini Jankulovski
Brocchi Emerson Pirlo
Seedorf
Inzaghi Ronaldo

if Seedorf can't go, it'll probably be Gourcuff

^^^ Carlo said Nesta will be rested too, so maybe Bonera will get the spot (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I think Bonera will play RB. Oddo wasn't called up. I suspect Carletto may rest (either today or Wednesday) the regular starters who played for their respective national teams during the recent friendly.
