But he's free. We need a workman holding midfielder, or a right mid. We need an AMF who can play flanks. We need a fullback cover. If Janku and Bonera both get injured in a season, we're up against it. We also need one centre back, who can take over, since Billy's gone and Paolo won't be around much. So we just have Nesta, Bonera, Kala and Simic. Scary!! Even if we want to play Bonera more and more, and he's the future. I still want cover there. Strikers, after Olivera please let's stay off the Spanish League. I'd even welcome Zlatan. At least he's proven. Ideally I'd like Pazzini or Rossi. Both are not likely. for defence chivu would be the great signing, he can play in the centre and on the side (like maldini),quick, good timing & heading, has a great ability of shooting free kicks...26 years old...i would say great signing!!!

Here is what we have right now: RB:Oddo, Cafu, Simic, Bonera LB: Jankulovski, Serginho, Favalli, Kaladze, Grimi CB: Nesta, Maldini, Bonera, Simic, Kaladze, Favalli MF: Pirlo, Gattuso, Seedorf, Kaka, Ambrosini, Brocchi, Gourcuff, Jankulovski FW:Ronaldo, Inzaghi, Gilardino, Oliveira, Boriello The only area in defense that we need more cover is the CB position. Other areas are fine for another year, Although I would suggest we would bring in a decent young LB to replace the joke that is called Grimi. In midfield Emerson will 99% replace Brocchi. gr8 to be champs again had to improve academically so had to watch the games from the sidelines but i did see all our gr8 games this season incl. athens i wud want a good GK and for the rest i will send scouts to south america for talents in the copa america |

^^It will be really hard to have 5 CB when they all have to recieve minutes. Nesta is obviously the first choise, alex is world class too , Bonera and Kaladze need to get playing time too ,Plus Paolo will be there to play the important games too. It would have work if Kaladze got replaced and Simic stayed as the backup (he don't complain and know his place). But I agree with most of your choices.
BTW I heard Sneijder is close to Valencia. |
