I'd believe in a 0-0... but on a 2-2? Bayern scored twice... away.

As stupid as this sounds, Bayern didn't score twice. We let two in (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

They didn't look a threat at all. We can score twince in Germany. Have Faith!

Things are not going too well...didn't see the match, but I've heard enough. Just been one bad season.

Do I have hope for the second leg...I must...I'm a football fan, what will we do if not hope??

But it's rather bleak. This time Hargreaves and Van Bommel in the centre line marking Kaka/Pirlo. Seedorf being less than full potential. Oli and Pippo up front....nope...don't look good. Why God...any team but Bayern...damn!!! Merda will be laughing their @$$ off for weeks...

We have two options for the return leg....

1. Throw everything at them...even Silvio's kitchen sink. Go for broke...to hell with whoever stands in our way. No DMF's. Gattuso playing RM, barely providing cover for Pirlo who has to fend off as much as he can. Kaka runs like his butt is on fire and Pippo if he can't score gets slapped by all defenders and gets them sent off...something beyond football will have to be done.

2. We play catenaccio...the ultimate Italian screwjob. Play deep, withdrawn bolt the door, ask Munich to come over and score. They are bamboozled coz they expect us to attack them with devil knows what. Pull in the sucker goal, with a blistering counter attack, or some lucky aerial ball or some sh!t. Basically a wierd version of the azzuri match against germany in the WC. It worked once, it might work again. Don't think Carlo's the man for it though. Would need Lippi or Capello. But we have the players.

Either way 6th consecutive time quarter finalists. Not too shabby by any standards especially if this is gonna be termed our worst season.

Sad about Paolo...this isn't the way....he went out of the Azzuri like this too. Even Sergio can't pull us out of this mire.

(IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) Grazie Milan...tu sei tutta la mia vita

Exactly true!

Come on guys, how often are we going to let in two 'none-headed' goals by a defender?

It was a one off. Our big players offensively played poorly today and WE scored 2 goals.

There are only 2 players that could be able to shine in that moment of brilliance:

1. One who left us for 30m punds.
2. One who was completely out of form tonight, but managed to get e penalty.

So, KAKA is my only hope. Pippo and Oli can do a sh*t and nothing more in the next leg, I don't trust them at all.

After what i saw tonight Milan should have won even if in the last 30 minutes it didn't play well

Milan can score two goals in Munchen but they really have to fight for qualifing and the problem is that espeacially in the last minutes they struggle
So if we play extra time again this time it won't be easy

Ancelotti should have played with 2 strikers in 2nd half

Hey guys, I just came back from watching the match, and there are a few things I want to say about it...
1. Watching the match in a bar where you're the only Milan supporter besides an alcoholic is weird...
2. The first 60 Minutes were great, and our lead should have been like 3-0 after an hour
3. In the end it was us who ALLOWED Bayern to achieve the draw. After 60 Minutes and then again after the penalty we were simply falling back, hoping that Bayern won't score, but they did! We had like half a dozen of great chances, Bayern had 2 or 3...we simply blew it!
4. Rensing is better than Kahn
5. Bayern fans are stupid. Everytime the ref decided against they said nothinh, but when he decided against Bayern it was like "Look at this ca@ppy russian ref....blablabla"
6. Our chance to make it to semi final is abou 35-40 per cent...

I agree with number 3 most of all. But that makes you wonder, will we make the same mistake twice? That's the only way I can see us going out.

kurt...I think more importantly it is whether Bayern will make the same mistake we did. Fall back and try to stop us from scoring.

Coz we have to admit more than Milan winning the second leg, it's about Bayern losing it.
