from goal.com Valencia Striker Nikola Zigic On Wolfsburg Radar - Report The Serbian forward could be heading for the Bundesliga... 15 Jun 2009 14:48:44 According to a report in Superdeporte, Bundesliga champions Wolfsburg are closely monitoring the situation of Valencia's Serbian attacker Nikola Zigic. The 28-year-old joined his current team from Racing Santander in the summer of 2007. However, Zigic failed to make an impact at Valencia and scored only once in 16 league appearances. The Primera Division outfit opted to farm him out on loan to Racing Santander this term, where Zigic rediscovered his scoring boots. The Serbian international has scored 13 league goals in 19 matches. The tall forward's excellent performances haven't gone unnoticed in the rest of Europe and Zigic is being linked with clubs such as West Ham United, Everton, Stuttgart, Hamburger SV and now also Wolfsburg. The fresh German champions are in the market for a new striker due to the expected departure of Edin Dzeko to Serie A powerhouse AC Milan and have reportedly made Zigic their primary transfer target. The striker's current Valencia deal is due to expire in 2012, but Zigic could be allowed to leave the club if the price is right. welcome dzeko (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Any way after Dzeko we need to bring some fast wingers, Keaper and defender, what u ppl think about players that are on transfer lists: WF :Robben, Van Der Vart, Malauda, Kalou, GK: Amelia, Landrau Def : Mexes, Santacore, Zapata?? i think that some of this players (Robben, Malauda, Mexes) would be great adition to our club. Our game is too slow, we lost explosion in mid after selling Kaka, if we are looking to be competiv squad next season ( I MEEN LOOK HOW BARCA PLAY) we have to speed up the game or we don't have a chance. Leonardo is great m8 for the job, he have a nose for good and young players and i think he is next Arsen Venger. One more thing i have to ask u guys that are from Italy, any one watch primavera and under 18 Teams? I mean dang Milan spent so much money FOR YOUTH DEPARTMENT and for the past 5 years we didn't get SINGLE PLAYER THAT PLAY IN REGULAR 11 (exept Palochi but he will stay in Parma one more season)?

Latest Milan transfer news.
Galliani commented on the transfer market, said that Thiago Silvo and Cissokho have already arrived and the only other objective is Dzeko.
Which is total BS as we need at least 1 other defender and a replacement for Seedorf.
The Janku-Mexes switch has been denied by Galliani. Although some of the press are still insisting on it

QUOTE (Dzeko @ Jun 15 2009, 03:06 PM) This is what Papers in Bosnia just posted :
President of A.C. Milan Adriano Galliani, Sports Director Ariedo Braida and Coach Leonardo have sit on the table with Wolfzburg managment so they try to negotiate details and to lover the asking price that Germans set up.
This is how we work in Milan: Almost a year we wanted Cissokho, and we have Thiago Silva. Our primary target now is Džeko and we just wait on Wolfsburg. If Wolfsburg reconsider, we will look for some one with the equivalent abilitis, spoke Galliani.
Player Manager Irfan Redzepagic said that agrement beatven player and Milan heve been signed so it's onlly Wolfzburg left to accept the price. Irfan told too that Dzeko expresed desire yesterday to the President of Wolfsburg to go to Milan. Irfan finally concluded that just few days are separating Dzeko and Milan. Thanks for the update And welcome to Milanfan (IMG: style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/devil.gif)

I want my CB. Unless Milan Lab has suddenly reconvinced everyone that Nesta will be injury free.
I guess if this is all, the plan is to pair Kaladze with Silva in the centre defence. It could work. Even Rio made mistakes, but with Vidic he was great.
But where are the wingers, Leo was talking about? I think it's crap though. How can you have wingers in a 4-3-1-2?? Unless it was actually a 4-5-1. Pato to do a Rooney and play on the left. Ronaldinho left free.

Mexes and Dzeko would be great signings - we clearly need another CB. If only Gourcuff came back and Seedorf left (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) As for wingers, Janku and Abate can play on the wing Abbiati Zambrotta Nesta/CB Thiago Cissokho Flamini Pirlo Ambrosini Ronaldinho Dzeko Pato or Abbiati Zambrotta Nesta Thiago Cissokho Abate Flamini Pirlo Jankulovski Dzeko Pato
