Gotta give them credit really haven't you. 2-0 down at Villa Park with 15 minutes to go, 2-2. 2-0 down at Blackpool with 20 minutes to go, win 3-2. 2-0 down again today and now lead 3-2.

Fergie gets it done.

To be honest I always saw them winning this, even at HT. The 2-0 scoreline did really deceive, West Ham were never anywhere near on top in this game.

The EPL thread dies when they are winning. 4-2 game over, now they can't go on about the penalty.

Been a great game, and I was half tempted not to watch it!

Well that was always going to happen!

Leeds are cruising against Forest, 4-1 in the Championship. Might be seeing them in the Prem again next year via the play-offs, wish I put a bet on that at the start of the season!

Can't see past a defeat at Everton today, we're so terrible away and they get alot of balls into the box which we can not defend. 3-0 Everton.

I take that back, I'm pleased with our line-up and didn't realise Dunne and Collins were fully fit. Luke Young at left back is an upgrade on Clark/Herd/Delph/Baker/Scouse tosser.

Aston Villa: Friedel, Walker, Dunne, Collins, Luke Young, Downing, Makoun, Reo-Coker, Ashley Young, Agbonlahor, Bent. Subs: Marshall, Pires, Albrighton, Delph, Heskey, Petrov, Cuellar.

EDIT: Not entirely the talk you want from a player, but Downing has apparently promised Villa he'll stay with the club even if we were to go down. Downing and Albrighton out wide in the Championship would be hilarious.

Nah, we drop our heads when we go behind. Back then we were scoring late goals for fun so it was our mentality. Oh well, Newcastle at home next!

Indeed. Never a penalty in a million years.

That could be the worst game I have ever played.... The boys got me out the **** today I o u all a performance next weekend! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

At least he has the balls to take accountability for his bad game.

Almunia makes a mistake then makes a save. Upon making a save the Arsenal fans all make an ironic cheer. Yeah, that's going to help. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) It's quite funny. The amount of mistakes he has made already. This is what I was saying about the Lehmann situation.

Seems like our Blackburn matches are either 6-2 victories or rugby matches like these. The spirit of Allardyce lives on...

Man, can Sagna cross a ball or what? Great delivery for a full back.

Looks like it could be the day United & Barca effectively seal their respective titles. Don't think the Italian one will be decided tonight.
