Real Madrid have not ruled out the idea of signing Milan ace Kaka and might take advantage of the San Siro outfit’s crisis.

The attacking midfielder was at the centre of a transfer battle between the two clubs in the summer, but the Spanish giants have never given up on the idea of seeing the Brazilian at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real chief Ramon Calderon made a promise that he would sign Kaka during the campaign preceding his election in June and Los Merengues may now renew their attempt.

Reports in Spain suggest that the player’s father and agent Bosco Leite has been in contact with club officials Franco Baldini and Predrag Mijatovic, who hope that Milan’s crisis will somehow facilitate the operation.

According to AS.com, Kaka has allegedly told Vice-President Adriano Galliani that he would not be glad to stay if the side failed to qualify for the next Champions League, an objective which is currently 10 points away.

The conversations between the two parties ‘could not have led to better results’ reports the website and Mijatovic is confident of a positive outcome on the issue.

“We said we would move to bring Kaka here and that is what we will do,” declared the former Fiorentina striker.

In the meantime, Milan chief Silvio Berlusconi dismissed the latest rumours suggesting that Coach Carlo Ancelotti’s job was in peril.

“Personally, I have great trust in the tactician and the work that the entire club is doing,” said Berlusconi.

“Milan have a very strong side, but unfortunately now must count many injured players, it is normal that there are some problems.

“In any case, I do not think that the squad will be increased with new signings. Andriy Shevchenko? I consider this a closed argument, an issue that we must turn our back on,” concluded the former Prime Minister.

About Kaka'... no news. Same sh1t, different day. Madrid have money (from the king obviously (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ) enough to build a great squad without Kaka'.

About Berlusconi... he's sick and old. He has not the power he had some years ago. Well, maybe his speech can be some kind of strategy for the market... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Just guessing.

Maybe we should open a thread JUST for the Real Madrid dreams. Esepcially since new things seem to surface every week. We would call it. The Crap that comes out of Calderon's moth.

Again, quoting stuff that is printed on AS?? aka Real's paper, it's just stupid. Calderon will say anything to keep this thing alive for as long as he could. He did promise it in the elections that he would get Kaka, so...

And @ Porto. Nice try, you almost sucked me into the whole king backing Real discussion again. But I won't fall into it (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

(IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) That's exactly what I suggested the last time Calderon published his dreams in public (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Milan rubbish Kaka talk

Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani has quashed rumours suggesting Kaka might join Real Madrid. “I am sure he will honour his contract,” he noted.

The Brazilian has again been associated with a move to the Spanish giants who are allegedly ready to offer him a multi-million pound seven-year contract at the end of this season.

“Real President Ramon Calderon didn’t say anything, these things are only written by the newspapers,” said Galliani during Milan’s Christmas party.

“Kaka’s contract expires in 2011 and I am sure he will honour it by staying here.

“Chelsea wanted Andriy Shevchenko, they say Real Madrid want Kaka, now I guess that we will also look for some new players to sign,” added the Rossonero.

“This year was generally a positive one. We arrived second in the championship, reached the semi-final of the Champions League and have now qualified for the last 16.”

The former Lega Calcio chief then moved on to confirm this season’s main objective, which remains fourth spot in the table – currently 10 points away.

“We want to progress as much as possible in the Champions League and qualify for next year’s tournament,” he added.

“We know that will not be easy, but I am sure we can achieve this result.”

President Silvio Berlusconi also insisted that Kaka is not for sale and said the latest rumours do not worry him at all.

“We are not tempted to sell Kaka, just as we were not tempted by the impressive offer presented by Chelsea for Shevchenko,” explained the former Prime Minister.

“In that case, however, we were forced to accept the player’s decision, which on the other hand did not only depend on his will.

“I am not worried by Calderon nor by Kaka, in my heart I am sure that he will stay at Milan.”

SIDE BY SIDE

Our president and our golden boy spoke about Kakà’s future before the A.C. Milan holiday party.

MILAN – Here is an excerpt from a side by side interview with Berlusconi and Kakà just before last night’s A.C. Milan holiday party:

Silvio Berlusconi: ‘Kakà is the ideal man, not just because of his talent as an athlete but also because of his talent in being a human being. He is a good guy and can stand tall next to anyone. I believe that his sincerity is very appealing to the fans.’

Kakà: ‘I am really happy with what Berlusconi said. I consider Milan to be the greatest club in the world and my desire to stay here is very, very strong.’

Silvio Berlusconi: ‘That’s good, now I can relax. To be honest, we knew even back in 2003 when Kakà arrived that he was a great player but we didn’t realize that he would become a true symbol of Milan. I am very proud to have the number one player in the world with us.’

Kakà: ‘It is absolutely true that affection like this can only be found here at Milan.’

Silvio Berlusconi: ‘Good, we’ll stay together then. Kakà has a five year contract with Milan and will certainly remain at Milan.’

Kaka (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif)

All this cr@p coming out of Spain is mostly from AS (Real's paper) They will continue to keep this issue alive for as long as they can. No matter what Kaka says and what Milan say.

It's just not worth your attention and most of all concern. Because it WON'T HAPPEN

Last year it was the same discussion with a certain.... Shevchenko, who want to honour his contract and never want to quit the rossonero jersey but at the end of this story... he finally quit MILAN.

I hope just one thing is that Kaka will never quit our squad....

Imagine just that in two years we had to lost sheva + kaka it will be the nightmare that i never want to dream. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

I think the situations are different. Chelsea had been tapping up Sheva ever since Abramovic (a close friend of Sheva's) bought Chelsea. Sheva was always Abramovic's conquest.

Plus I don't think Kaka's wife would want him to move so he could learn Spanish. So i think we're safe. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
