Alexis, Florenzi, Brahim and Pobega all atrocious in that first half. I think Pioli will simply have to bring in the starters if we want to get all 3 points, and even then it's not guaranteed as everyone has been pretty bad in general.
Lax passing, lack of concentration in key moments, mistakes with all the final balls. Should be down if it weren't for Maignan

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Aug 30 2022, 06:19 PM) Absolutely. Everyone being sh*t, especially those up upfront. Saladmaker is just a woeful football player. Brahim invisible as usual, Leao trying to dribble everyone and shooting at the sky, Pobega has a couple of decent moments and a couple of bad ones, Benna as well hasn't been his impeccable self imo. Florenzi not good enough, Theo as well not giving us the push we need, he's drifting too far into that midfield area and leaving Leao double/triple marked.

Also, you can tell Kjaer is not 100% comfortable yet and Tomori isn't trusting him either. I think starting him was a risk we shouldn't have taken here.

QUOTE (Rossoneri7 @ Aug 30 2022, 06:24 PM) I wouldn?t call this terrible, the team is playing with a lot of chemistry. Pobega is showing he can hold his weight, while Magic Mike was spectacular in keeping a clean sheet (hint hint penalty).
Milan cant find space as the opposition is cautious, and that is the main culprit here. But I think in the 2nd half things could get interesting with subs. I see no chemistry here. Haven't see us misplace this many passes in a while. The rotation isn't helping matters either. Don't understand why CDK and Kalulu couldn't start here. It's not like they're 35 year olds, they can handle 2 games a week

Sh!tty, sh!tty games from everyone FFS!!!
Such terrible decision making. No pressure, everyone is so off colour. Don't know wtf they're doing in training because this is just abysmal.

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Aug 30 2022, 06:30 PM) Also, Giroud is just such a mediocre striker. Can't believe the Italian champions rely on a 36 year old has been this much. He wouldn't be starting in any PL club, not even Bournemouth. Giroud needs service. Simple as that, when the 3 behind him are all ghosts, he's not going to do anything Bennacer also really bad today. They better wake the f@ck up for the derby FFS!

This is the game where Rebic or Origi would have been much more useful. I really hope this is not a sign of things to come with both of them constantly being out with niggling injuries

Kjaer, Pobega and Florenzi all off with muscle problems apparently...
Once again, what is the fitness staff doing?? We cannot have another season with players constantly out injured because of muscle problems

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Aug 30 2022, 07:33 PM) Once again the problem is the attack. Brahim, Giroud, Messias, Salad are Serie B players. Add to that a grotesque Leao, and how are we supposed to create anything?
Pobega is utter sh*t. I knew it and I've been saying it all summer. It's like playing Daniel Maldini in midfield. Theo and Florenzi also very bad tonight.
But attack man, we signed all these new players and we're barely utilising them. What was the point in benching CDK tonight? We don't have the fucking luxury. Pobega out of his depth. Messias was half decent when he came on Alexis was an utter horror show. Every week, these 2 idiots make me beg for the one that isn't starting only to make me reverse and beg for the other the following week when he starts. The f@cking blind sport the management and Pioli have in this position is really mind boggling
