It felt like it was much more in PSG's side watching the game without looking at the statistics. They have 3 explosive players in attack. It's going to be difficult to contain on any given day. Their mids are okay, the young one being the most impressive out of all of them. But as a group, they are not impressive. We had opportunities where a much better decision would have put us in great positions to score. But every time, the pass was either behind, wrong, or just plain idiotic.

Krunic and Giroud cost us the game thanks to their stupid passing. Before that I thought we started out stronger.

And how do you start Krunic after the disasterclass of a cameo he had against Juve??? Just blows my mind!


As for deserving to be in the competition. Sometimes you just have sh!t luck in front of goal, as what happened in the first 2 games. A few inches to the left or right on those chances and we would be sitting on 6 no, not a measly 2 and bottom of the group.

I'm still more mad about the Juve game than this tbh. It was always going to be a tough ask to win in France. But going there after playing for 60 minutes with 10 against Juve, having to travel and with players missing; I had pretty much given up on this game already

I think we made a lot of good decisions this summer. The Tonali one being chief among them. But we were also very much negligent in other areas. Not replacing Bennacer properly, who we knew would be out until next year and not replacing Giroud and expecting him to be the main striker was negligent.

I blame the DM decision on Pioli most of all because he insisted that Krunic could do it, when he clearly cannot. Not against the top sides.

And the striker we just left too late into the window and we f@cked it up. We actually managed to make a bad situation worse by sending Colombo on loan and bringing in a former player instead of trusting our youngster who has a lot of potential and is a strong athlete as well.

Well if we go out, then yes, we don't deserve to be there because we f@cked up our games. In those terms, I agree with you.

But based on quality, we are better than 2 of the other teams in this group. We're just our own worst enemies sometimes. And whichever of Newcastle or Dortmund does go through, it's because we shot ourselves in the foot over and over again. Thanks in part to our coach
