I agree we need a full back and might get one...... but we are getting cassano regardless (IMG: style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) I'd rather have him against Tottenham Def than Santa Cruz or Gamez.
milannews.it basically says that we are not only looking at cassano in the market and there will be other positions that will have reinforcements coming. Potentials: Inzaghi=Cassano Ronaldinho=? FB=? CB=?

QUOTE (drucurl @ Dec 17 2010, 01:33 PM) Sorry about the swears mods (IMG: style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) But **** Cassano. Yeah I said it. Milan ain't some kinda juvenille detention facility (IMG: style_emoticons/default/swear1.gif) Yeah Ronaldinho is whatever the haters might want to label him but truth be told Allegri is being massively unfair to him......I personally believe that he is unable to deal with him. If he can't deal with Ron who's worse flaw is that he is too laid back then how is he going to manage cASSano? Additionally Cassano is very good, massively skillful but he ain't nowhere on Dinho's level. Lastly Cassano isn't strictly a trequartista. He's a second striker. Let's not forget the HUGE egos we have with iBra, Robinho, Pato etc....thus far all seems to be good in the hood but I think it would be foolish to toss in Cassano in that mix....just ASKIN for trouble. FFS WE NEED A LEFT BACK I could not agree more (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Yeah,he's definitely coming!
Drucurl Cassano is inzaghi's replacement so no need to compare him with Dinho. Also,I'm pretty sure we're getting him for free, and his wages aren't all that expensive.
About Dinho,in football wise ok "let's give him another chance" is so easy to say. But,financially he costs us tons of wages while only sitting at the bench not doing anything. He's my favorite player of all,but I still have the logic to say what is better for us.
Also,Cesare Maldini said (he knows more about this club than me or you) we're signing one high-profile striker and a high quality fullback.Back then,it was Benzema our main target but we saw the opportunity and got cassano for free. So,I'm pretty sure the next priority will be a fullback. Then,we might buy someone in the midfeild.(ganso, lazzari,Lamela)

Ronaldinho set for Palmeiras
With Antonio Cassano on his way to Milan, Ronaldinho is this morning again being linked with a move to Palmeiras.
The Italian footballing media are convinced that the Rossoneri will take advantage of Cassano’s rift with Sampdoria by acquiring his services in January.
Should that happen, Ronaldinho’s chances of first team football could be reduced even further after regularly being omitted from the side in recent weeks.
And with his contract at San Siro set to expire in June, it seems that Ronaldinho will leave with the only question being when - in January or at the end of the campaign?
“The interest from Palmeiras is very pleasing for my brother,” agent Roberto De Assis told the Mundo Deportivo newspaper.
“It’s not crazy to think that he could return to Brazil.
“The offer is interesting, but his Milan contract comes to an end in June 2011.
“Ronaldinho wants to win trophies that he hasn’t yet in his career like the Brazilian championship, the Libertadores.
“Palmeiras are a great club, one of prestige, but we’ll have to wait and see what happens. We’ll have to talk with Milan.”
The South American club are not the only interested party though, given that LA Galaxy and even Liverpool have been associated with the former Barcelona star.

Dinho might be replaced by a midfeild or not. He might not be replaced if he goes. Think about it Dinho usually plays as a winger,if we'll continue playing this system,we don't need a winger, and dinho doesn't fit into the first team already. So technically speaking Cassano is Inzaghi's replacement.Doesn't mean Inzaghi is retiring though. We may take cassano, and sell him next season (IMG: style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) (you never know) Also,Inzaghi was always going to be for us the player that enters the pitch in the last 20 minutes and makes damage, but Cassano can give much more, let's see his attitude though,I can't judge.
