QUOTE (X-Offender @ Aug 6 2014, 07:57 PM) He was a beast at Udinese. I agree he's not exceptional defensively, but I'll take him. I thought it was official. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) He's 33. I agree, he'd be a good addition, even though I was looking forward to getting Perin. Constant is doing the medical on Saturday, so we should cross every finger on toe we have that he passes it.

QUOTE (Rossoneri7 @ Aug 6 2014, 02:12 AM) Quit frankly Berlusconi is the president by ownership and not election. I don't have to resort to anything, neither does Berlusconi have to justify anything to us fans. Yes, Berlu can do what he pleases (I have made the same point before). That includes mismanaging the team (or allowing it to be mismanaged, which is the same). And, in fact, that what he has been doing. Also, you that you do not need to keep making excuses for Berlu. Glad we are all in agreement.

QUOTE (Forza Milan! @ Aug 6 2014, 06:46 PM) Yes, Berlu can do what he pleases (I have made the same point before). That includes mismanaging the team (or allowing it to be mismanaged, which is the same). And, in fact, that what he has been doing. Also, you that you do not need to keep making excuses for Berlu. Glad we are all in agreement. Right because R7 is a full time employee of AC Milan, a liaison officer, if you will... Guys this is getting ridiculous. We can throw all the ad hominems we want management's way but whenever R7 or anyone else elevates the plane of discussion to a level that tries to rationally explain the pieces on their financial chessboard(counterfactuals or not), many can't contain themselves, choosing to freak out and assumes that the same kindergarten words flung at Berlu and Galliani can be thrown around here. Good god it's depressing to see/read financial information about the club, pristine or not, and have a miniature mob of people yelling "you're wrong...yada yada yada...Matri!!!" Add that to the recent "Show me yours and i'll show you mine" game in terms of comparing fanhood. People on here are actually dismissing others for being disheartened by the club enough to, say, not read the daily round-up of BS rumors that never will or never have lead to anything within 3 weeks of said rumor's publication date. \surely for these remarks I will be told I'm not a fan, I love Berlu and i should share the stake with him.

Football Italia quoting Robinho's agent saying that the deal to Santos is just about done, and just needs the signature.
Meanwhile, the Diego Lopez deal is stuck for money. While Real Madrid have been very kind about the transfer fee, Lopez is insistent on a 4 million a year, 3 year contract. We are willing to offer 2.5 million along with bonuses. Monaco has made the highest offer at 3.2 million.
Perin, doesn't seem talked about at all.

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Aug 7 2014, 01:30 PM) Lopez wants €4 million? What planet does he live on? Probably what he's earning at Real right now.

QUOTE (Rossoneri7 @ Aug 7 2014, 02:51 PM) Why do I need to make an excuse? I don't have to make an excuse for anyone! There are facts and then there are assumptions! I portray what our yearly numbers are and draw a line with the downtred at the club.
I post as a free member of this forum, not in alligence with anyone person. I post what I consider to be informative to other readers of this forum.
And I regret to inform you that we are not in agreement; as I do not think Milan has been mismanaged. Only a novice would throw away an accumulative of over 1billion euros while ending up 'mismanaging' the club. If the losses we make each year (which you always point out many times over) is not mismanagement then I don't know what is. And no the wage bill is not entirely at fault, but it is a HUUUGE factor into why we make so many losses each year. And the reason those wages are so high is because Galliani has given big wages to players that do no deserve it and are happy to sit on bench and earn it. The fact that we've had the highest wage bill for years now in Serie A and the results being what they are should be demonstration enough of mismanagement. I don't think it's a shock to anyone that we've had so much upheaval within the club both on the pitch and off it. There's been in-fighting, back stabbing, turning our backs on legendary players, supporting racists, what more do you want to see that this club is not only being mismanaged but imploding upon itself as well while Silvio doesn't seem to give a sh!t that his daughter and Galliani are probably always 2 steps away from trying to kill each other. Don't kid yourself and believe that they've made nice, the recent opposing view on Tavecchio says it all

QUOTE (Rossoneri7 @ Aug 7 2014, 04:27 PM) In other news, Robinho and Constant are out (IMG: style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) Hope there is a noteworthy player coming in. Yeah, good news If there's one thing Galliani has done right this summer, it's get rid of the dead weight we were carrying around
