nothing.

BTW, the only two clubs that can actully do that , that you see 2-3 players for year, are

*ajax amsterdam
*barcelona fc

-this are the clubs with the best youth camps in the world... sorry , milan is not that kind of club , milan doesn't raise them, thosse clubs do it.

Man.. U need to refresh ur insight on things !

Milan would NEVER on GODs green earth bring in a primavera to the first eleven ! That is impossible ! Unless the player is exceptional !

Do u know of any exceptional players ?!

Now u may ask how Billy and Paolo got here ? Simple, that was b4 Silvio's Milan.
*

Well, maybe they should now...!

thats what i'm saying if the training and devolpment programe is exceptional which it is why can't we produce exceptional players??
no i don't need to refresh my ideas i'm looking at our current situation differently and saying that with good buys and home grown talent we could have avoided this problem.

i meant that they can do it, when we have a hell of a a team, if with the best 11 now we were not able to win to a crappy team, how do you spect to win to a world class team with 2-3 players with out the experience

But this is the ideal time to make some experiments...why not? We are starting to loose every single match, we sucked in that looser mentality just like we did with the winniner mentality...What should we do? Boriello, and the other clearly suck, no transfers till January,...why not? At least we`ll be making a attempt to create a difference?

First off all we need some new ideas, take tonight for example, we are 1-0 down chasing the game and what do we do? we play the ball around in our own half. Now, for arguments sake, say that was Manu - it would be a relentless attack to try and score not a defensive style of "if we're going to lose then let's lose 1-0" style of play. there is also the formation, as an example I'll go back to last seasons game against Barca when Ronaldinho wasn't getting any space on his left as Stam was closing him every time - what did Rijkaard do? he moved him and they ended up winning the game from a pass by Ronie, when has carlo ever made a change like that?

Secondly our substitutions are baffling at best, how many times do we get like for like subs when we could go more attacking instead? tonight we did see one good positive sub and that was Billy for Janku. But then carlo didn't fail and took Oli off, who I thought had one of his better games, and bought Borriello on. Now I don't mean to knock Borriello, but if you are looking for goals then you are better looking past him as IMO he's not good enough for Milan.

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Nov 22 2006, 01:35 AM)
Let's put it this way: we are doing absoultely crap, it doesn't matter if we hit too many posts or the referees are against us, we are having a horrible period. Solutions? Plenty of them. First of all we should sign AT LEAST 3 quality players in January. A RB is needed, also a heavy forward (at least get Di Natale, he's cheap) and a holding midfielder. With these sigings and the Christmas pause I think we should be ready for the second half of the season. Now, if we don't manage to qualify for the next Champions League, which would be catastrophic, I think heads should roll. The first of all has to be Carlo. I know we keep saying he isn't guilty cause the board didn't provide him a quality bench, but every manager has to keep his responsability. If we don't gain the 3rd or 4th place in May, I think he should resign by himself and not the board to fire him. That way at least he will accept the part of his mistakes. Now, Champions or not, we should REBUILD the team next summer. Simic, Bonera, Costacurta, Cafu, Seedorf and Borriello should all leave, and get YOUNG and QUALITY replacement. Stop it with these cheap and old players, we've had enough. These should be the steps to get out of the crisis in my opinion. For this season let's all rest in peace. We can't win anything, I'm sorry to say it. Let's just hope we gain at least the 4th place.

Yes we can !

We r 1st in our group, regardless of our tie with Lille ..

Then we have the winter break and transfer session ..

We still can be crowned Champions AGAIN !

Well .. What good is it to talk about what we could have done ?! It's like saying had I bought stock X yesterday, I'd be a millionaire today ! No significance.

Milan wont put effort in raising youth players, period! Hell, take an example off of Foggia for God's sake .. Milan didnt even give him a chance, even though our squad was thin and he could have had enough time to play !

Only reason Borrielo got the nod was the lack of goals from our strikers !

but like i said earlier in a post without this forward planning it must be a case of short-sightedness by the club
agree?
so it has significance the club should always be planning for the furture even if we are winning everything
