^^ You're both from Trinidad? The hallowed land of Lara? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) May I please give you a bro hug and a ghetto fist?

Sure Jack, why not. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Btw, I believe what called 'ghetto fist' we simply refer to as a 'bounce'. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Don't worry I'll explain it all to you one day when we actually 'lime' (hang out...)

Find & learn more Trini slangs on the net. There is even a 'Trini' dictionary believe it or not. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Here's a link with some common locally used slang: http://users.rcn.com/alana.interport/dialect.html

Nothing to it, man. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) The whole of Trinidad should be proud of the man. I mean, for those who do not understand cricket, the 400* (the star means without getting out) Lara scored was after his previous best of 375 was beaten. Hayden of Australia scored 380. But then it took Brian Lara a matter of months to rile up the 400.

You see these kinds of feats almost never in professional sports, and that's a testament to the sheer class of the man. And frankly, these are just a couple of big feats he accomplished. Lara's story is more than numbers, it's of grace and entertainment. Let's just put it this way, I consider myself lucky to have lived and seen the man play. That's that.

Atleast the aftermath of dru's Ibra ranting has, if only this once, lead to something educational (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I know for certain I have never backed a side who goes 7-0 down, and I'm definitely not one to go 'crazy' over 'beats' (tricks for those that don't know), especially if my team is not putting in a good performance overall and are loosing.
Well of course you wouldn't back your own country. (we lost 7-0 to Mexico recently Mr patriotic) you're an Ibra fan...the biggest mercenary of the Universe who not only has played for all the big city rivals other than Real Madrid, but is a Bosnian playing for Sweden (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Here's another assumption based on nothing...you're probably from Diego Martin (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

All in all bro I mean no harm (most of what I say is really good natured humor really (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) ). I will never like iBra and you're probably a fan. It's all good as long as we both love Milan (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif)

But I'm from South so I'm innately superior to (insert name)

Not only Brian Lara.....Dwight Yorke (apologies for my brief Man Utd fan phase) and Anya Ayoung Chee - the only Miss Universe contestant to release a backdoor threesome video AND win Project Runway in two years' time (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif)

As regards football we've regresses a LOT. Now the only thing we have to cheer about is Kenwyne Jones (got his autograph) He's proving to be a Trini Ibra...all the tools (free kicks pace dribbling decent shot) to be a superstar but atm is utter and complete garbage (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

I don't recall claiming to be this 'Mr. Patriotic' that you so cleverly tried making me out to be with your sarcasm, but okay.

Obviously you were referencing our NT, but surely I didn't realize this; not until just now when you decided that you had to point this out for me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Not once have I ever claimed to be a diehard supporter of our NT anyway, but whatever.

Quite frankly, our NT and our football federation are nothing more than a complete joke in recent times, and I'll give no false support to a corrupt federation or a lacking football team simply because they are National. Let me see some deserving players called up then I'll reconsider.

And for the record I see no reason why someone should have to represent only their country of birth and may not have much attachment to (considering they grew up somewhere else) - Regarding your Zlatan remark above.

Let's simply agree to disagree as you have openly admited you will never like the guy and I am clearly an Ibra fan.

Clearly tired. The problem when the management expects someone to single-handedly win you the game every week.

Inexcusable couple of transfer windows will possibly cost us the title. Do your job, Galliani.
