Yeah i am 99% sure it is like that.
The only way we could bring both of them at the same season would be if one of them has an EU-membership.

I'm originally from Ukraine so I have read that on ukrainian sites. One time Dinamo Kiev wanted to sign him and Ukraine wanted to recruit him
