We won't finish above them. Firstly, we won't win and secondly, even a draw means nothing because of their better goal difference.

As han said, a 0-0 or 1-1 draw will do. 2-2 and it'll go down to GD.

and who's to say we wouldn't draw or lose one of the other two matches. unlike barca we do tend to get more laid back once we get closer to qualification.

Well, I don't see the potential in BATE or Pilsen to beat us. Perhaps and uninspired draw, but...

I thought we were very bad today. Gave away ball in silly areas, didn't take chances and didn't really have to push hard. We were also missing a few first team players. Yet we managed to come away with a 'comfortable' win. I don't see anyone in the group, but Barca, taking points off us. If we get a win/0-0/1-1 against them at the San Siro we win the group, I'm 100% certain.

He did OK, but I was puzzled by his unwillingness to try runs with the ball or 1-on-1's. He simply receives the ball and passes it. Physically he seems alright. Perhaps he needs a little more confidence in himself.

The same can be said of Allegri and his confidence in Taiwo. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) The man deserves an extended run for a few matches now, just so the fans can see what he is made of. And just so that the player can show what he can do.

Good point ari. but I'd have to add that becoming group winners ahead of Barca could give us enough motivation to beat BATE and Pilsen again.

I'm more worried about our game with Barca. they will want to prove a point when they visit us.
