Sad about the late goal, but being realist, we didn't deserve to win. From a technical point of view, we played a horrible, horrible game, which is no surprise really. We have no game, no playing style, no identity. We just throw the ball up front and hope something will happen. Blame Allegri about that.
Dinho was, once again, unwatchable, should have been substituted much sooner. Pato keeps disappointing me more and more. Abbiati could have done without the fluff. Great Thiago, Pirlo, Ibra and especially Inzaghi. The guy is eternal, I love him.
Bottom line, even if we had won, it wouldn't have solved our problems, which are HUGE!

QUOTE (han2503 @ Nov 3 2010, 06:57 PM) So Real are practically through. We need to win the remaining games, starting from Auxerre, or we're as good as out.
As for the game. The only people that wanted to win this was Pippo and Rino. Allegri just needs to get out, all his subs were pointless and terrible, Pippo was a lucky call for him and just that, bringing on Seedorf for Rino when we needed to hold that result was just plain stupid.
Rino has the fire and all that but the fact that he is playing terribly can't be ignored, you can count the number of times he actually cut a play out or won the ball on one hand. Real were slicing our midfield like a hot knife through butter.
For some reason we were playing the 4-3-3 once again, ie practically no midfield, and say what you want about how many times Dinho touched the ball, the 2 times he recieved it in a decent area he created the 2 great chances we had. We scored off 2 lucky situations, mistakes. First Pepe and Casillas then the lines-man.
Boateng at most times looked ametourish to me. Looked out of his depth completely. Some of the passing mistakes he made and the way he was just flying in all over the place was beyond worrying. Also Thiago played a massive 40 then I think something happened to him, there was a shot of him and he was limping and from then on, he only ran when it was absolutely necassary, so I wouldn't be surprised if we heard that he was injured again and played through the pain barrier.
The game in general was a big disgrace, we had no direction, no plan, nothing. Allegri is just not a coach that is good enough for Milan. Real literally ate us alive, we just couldn't keep up at any point in time during the match. Allegri had October and November as his big test and imo he failed all of it, we only have Inter left to press on the misery. We only won the Napoli game and again, that was more down to luck then anything else. +11111. Deserves to be posted again.

Naturally, Pippo deserves some praise, which is reflected in one sentence - I know your big love for Pippo (IMG: style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ Nov 3 2010, 10:57 PM) Naaah, it still wasn't his fault. Abiati was all in all good, but had his bad moments. This goal is a classic goal you could see 20-30 years ago - defenders played out, attacker in a one-on-one and well...Real got it.
Nice job Pippo, nice job - the mand who misses 8 out of 9 now hit 2 of 2 and proved once more he's so much underrated. 70 euro-goals, surpassed van Basten in Milan's all time scorers list. Well in Serie A he usually misses 9 out of 10 before he finally get it

Pirlo and Nesta also worked their @sses off, especially Pirlo, who once again was left to dog it out in defensive midfield. Also aside from our performance, one thing that just totally disgusted me was Ronaldo and his total show of diving, running onto players and not even having the decency to apologise or give them a hand. There was one point where he actually stepped on Abate's thigh. And he knew it, just kept on walking. I don't get how this trash is admired by people and mostly kids

Allegri just should go. He showed us once more how clueless he could be, how bad his ideas actually are. He has all the characteristics of a coach who is not suitable for Milan - he's stubborn in his mistakes, he learns slow and adapts even slower, he has no motivational skills, he's not tactically educated and he has limited vision. Milan simply just wastes time with the man.
We should simply hand the job to Tassotti. Both Leo and Allegri rely on him heavily, he's got experience and knows exactly what the team needs. Under these conditions, he's the best solution. If we pick Rijkaard, we loose Ronaldinho - whatever that means.
Another thing is Ambrosini's comeback, which will be huge for Milan. I really missed his control and stability, and maybe now Rino could get a break.
Other then that I really think it's time to bench Pato. Sorry, Pippo scored 4 goals in three-times less playing time then Pato scored exact the same amount.

I don't blame the coach, i blame the people upstairs who are so dumb that they don't reinforce the midfield or hire a coach with some balls. How can u say Ibra was great?? He was pathetic... always offside, never looked like he wanted to move, missed chances and that cross was horrible, lucky casillas made a meal of it. Again it's not his fault its the idiots upstairs who are such tight @sses its not even funny... This is wat happens when u get discounted players. He is the most overrated player in the world. Period.

I thought Frank had a great relationship with Dinho, and that any rifts were simply catalan media babble. Now, I do think hiring Frankie might lead to Dinho having much more stellar role, given their history together... which might be bad for us. (Hence, letting Dinho loose (IMG: style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) )

Dinho might not have played good, and he might have even played like cr@p but the only times he got the ball, he made something happen, in fact it was Ibra that fluffled both chances that Dinho practically put on a platter for him. But whatever. Dinho was cr@p, etc, etc. Let's put Ibra all on his own on the pitch, I'm sure he could do it all. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I don't think that Pippo would have scored 125 goals for Milan so far if this would be the case. I'm just talking about these last few seasons, where Pippo has been awful in the domesic league and then pulls off a performance like tonight in the CL. Imo his record was also a big factor. You could see it in his eyes. He was literally about to combust waiting to come on from the touchline
