QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ Oct 27 2010, 04:23 PM) Ronaldinho only scores against minor teamsWell, Roma was crappy, Juve was crappy...you make me ask: who isn't? Against whom does Dinho have to play amazing that you change your mind? Other then Real. Their perspective is a "What have you done for me lately." Ronaldinho has a history of showing up against the big teams, its pretty obvious to me. The fact as to whether he or Robinho should start (I think Pato needs a week to sit, he's been poor) should be the only real debate. I'd go (IMG:http://this11.com/boards/1288212564837051.jpg) This formation sets up our two hottest goal scorers with our best assister. Love me some Pato but not sure he's found his place in this team yet. Gattuso brings the pain, Boateng brings the Speed, Pirlo brings everything.

I agree that Pato scores more, it's obvious - but telling he has a good season just isn't true. He had, what, two good matches and a fine comeback for Brazil, but not exactly against Spain. Other then that, he's been injured or indisponed.

Could you please keep your judgmental and offensively personal material for yourself? It's not the first time that you attack someone on this level.

QUOTE ("fishdoll") edit: nevermind. seems there's too much testosterone-driven posturing and/or fanfic entries extolling the coach of another club for actual discussion on the game to be considered. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I enjoyed blue's postings, as for the other, well, what is it they say about if you have nothing nice to say? QUOTE ("X-Offender") What do I care about history? I'm talking of this Ronaldinho, not of the one of Barcelona. And if you believe he's able to sustain the type of games I mentioned in my previous posts, you're just being self-delusional. It seems you certainly care about Juve's history. This is the Juve of today, not the Juve of their glory days. They have just 3 wins this season after a poor showing last season. So if Ronnie is a big name in name only, how is this a big game other in name only?

Calling Dracoris self-delusional. QUOTE It seems you certainly care about Juve's history. This is the Juve of today, not the Juve of their glory days. Perhaps if you were paying a little more attention, you would have noticed what I wrote earlier. QUOTE (X-Offender @ Oct 27 2010, 09:58 PM) Let's put it this way. Ronaldinho doesn't fail against the big sides. Ronaldinho fails in games where the pace is 2-3 times faster than in normal Serie A games, where the opponent pressures for the whole 90 minutes, where key players are constantly double-marked, and where you need to run, a lot. These are the kind of games he's inapt for, because he doesn't have the physical capabilities to sustain them anymore. So your concept doesn't really apply over my point. QUOTE (X-Offender @ Oct 28 2010, 12:27 AM) Oh, so han and Zed telling me to stop acting like a child and laughing over my valid points is fine then. But hey, I don't complain like you do. I never called you a child, get your facts straight, I choose to not offend people who I don't really know (IMG: style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) And me laughing at your point was as valid as ever because they were ridiculous. And seemingly, aside from your buddy chu-lip, everyone seems to agree. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Anyway, whatever man, you can't stand to see Dinho doing well for us for whatever reason, you grudgingly complement him when he plays a great game, but the moment he steps a foot out of place you're on his back complaining about something new. Last season you complained because he didn't work hard enough, even though statistically he was our best player, this season you complain about him not being a good AM, then when he plays great 2 games in a row in that position you have nothing to say, then he plays against Real, wehre yes he was cr@p, but who wasn't? And you get on his back about not being able to handle high tempo games (IMG: style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) bla bla bla bla

And you get on his back about not being able to handle high tempo games (IMG: style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) bla bla bla bla I guess I should feel offended because my point of view seems to be called ridiculous then also. How hard is it for you to respect the opinion someone prefers Robinho over Ronaldinho? It's not like Robinho is some regular noob in our squad, no he is the Brazil national team captain (and actually first team player there - guess who isn't?). It's obvious Ronaldinho and Robinho are different kind of players, it's obvious we play a different game with one than with the other. Ronaldinho has been preforming awful this season, I would love to see preforming him well for us, and I'm sure X-Offender does also, but he seems to do it not often enough, surely not against teams who are smart enough to mark him out and make him useless, and that is why Milan will preform awful then. It's not the hate, but it's the feeling we will do better with Robinho than with Ronaldinho, why people like X-Offender and me (and I know plenty others on different forums) prefer Robinho over Ronaldinho. Anyway, let's all agree to disagree, and respect each other opinions. It's obvious you will stick with Ronaldinho just because he gots lots of creativity, even when he (and Milan) is/are not preforming. ____________________________________________________________________ Talking about the actual match: obviously I like to see Robinho starting, same goes for Boateng. I still believe Gattuso earns to start over Flamini as DM, but I would not mind playing Flamini because rotation is a good thing. Thiago Silva probably can start the game, else Papastathopoulos should. Antonini or Zambrotta should be left back, and shall we reward Oddo with a starting spot? I cannot believe myself really, but it's not like we have full backs who showed more than Oddo did last game - he showed form on very short term, let's give him a fair chance to show whether it's coincidence or not. And by the way, I am done with the idea Amelia should be given the chance (even though he really deserves it) because Abbiati really is having an awesome season. I am thinking about: Pato, Ibrahimovic Robinho Boateng, Pirlo, Gattuso/Flamini Antonini/Zambrotta, Thiago Silva(Papastathopoulos), Nesta, Oddo Abbiati
