QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Nov 30 2009, 06:43 PM) I was happy when we signed him and I'm sure he will come good for us. But right now he's played what, 5 good minutes out of 400 or so? When will he come good for us? The double strike against Catania was a false dawn - Hunter has no future at Milan. If he's still here come February I'll be shocked. |

Galliani is now going to look an idiot with the comments he made after KJH scored those 2 goals. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Hey, we've got to have something to point-and-laugh about!
Right now, we can't really complain too much about the lack of transfer market given the results. |

It seems like Fabiano is having a better season than Huntelaar, Fabiano managed to play 16 games and scored 13 goals (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Danny pretty much said it all at the end of the OP. Our transfer negotationing doesn't make sense. QUOTE Refuse to pay anything more than about 8M?
And then a month or so later sign KJH for about 13M? So, we wouldn't pay that money for Fabiano, but would for KJH. I don't quite understand that. This post has been edited by kurtsimonw: Jan 18 2010, 05:01 PM |

I wanted Fabiano last summer... Fabiano has 30 years old, but he's much better than the hunter, IMHO.

Hate to say I told you so...
Actually, no I don't. I took enough bloody nonsense from you guys when I started this thread so I think I am entitled to say I was right. Wish I hadn't been, wish it had worked out with Klaas - but Fabiano was gagging to come here and we wouldn't spend a few quid more to get a proven world class talent. In a sort of way, belatedly, it's worked out in that Borriello is in the form of his life, but it took 5 months for that to happen. |
