QUOTE (Rossoneri7 @ Apr 8 2009, 10:07 PM) No i understand that ... And i know that the team lacks in certain departments .. but lets face it ... La Liga has more space, hence faster tempo, which ultimately leads to the goals and all that makes those teams entertaining. Then again, look at Serie A, minimal space, many tactical fouls to slow the pace of the game if ever it picks up. If a spectator is looking for the glamor, it isn't Milan, Juve or inter ... Hence, why most people tune into La Liga and follow Barca or Madrid. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I see your point and to some extent it is quite valid. From watching La Liga I would say the majority of games are wide open as they don't know how to defend, hence they just keep attacking. Now compare that to the Serie A where defending used to be an art form, but it seems it is getting more open now.

I miss man-marking. QUOTE (whoarethepatriots @ Apr 9 2009, 12:48 AM) We were completely dismantling everything in our path in 03/04 (except Depor), we really were unstoppable that season and the arguably the next You are right we were so powerful back then. We could only lose to ourselves and that's what I think happened against Depor.

Any new blood? What about this season? We signed a few players you know...and we have more then decent players spread around Italy and beyond, under contract at Milan.
Till Berlusconi is in management, even a shadow-figure, I'm sure Milan's future is secure, 100%.

So what? Now is a new chance and we'll do well. Last transfer period we solved some vital points and now we have a little less to take care. I don't think pessimsm should be larpurlartistic...

Till Berlusconi is in management, even a shadow-figure, I'm sure Milan's future is secure, 100%. That makes me laugh. Especially when we have issues paying 20 million for players while other clubs drop 30 like its nothing. With that kind of mindset and increasing prices on the markets, I worry about Milans future ever more. As Galliani has even said, we can no longer compete with english clubs or spanish clubs. That puts serie A and Milan in 3rd in line when it comes to signing players. If we can barely be able to fork over 20 million, how are you expecting us to compete when Barca can pay 30 for Alves and act as if its nothing. -------------- Thats why I think Berlu should sell the club to a foreign owner so we can be able to compete like Milan should compete. He doesn't have the money to just dish out cash like other club owners do. At this rate things will keep going further and further down for us.
