The biggest difference between us and Siena today was simple - we took our chances.

Mainly, that's the story of Calcio for about 100 years.

Awful first half from us but the second half was much better. As much as I criticize carlo I have to give him credit on two things - 1. He looks like he's finally realised that we are better playing with two forwards, although why it has taken him this long I really don't know! and 2. He actually made an attacking sub at half time when we were 2-0 up! Not so long ago he would have swapped Ambro for neverson! Let's hope he continues to play like this.

Credit to SuperPippo on goal no.300 as well (IMG:style_emoticons/default/king.gif) That man was born to score (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

I just hope the injuries to Ricky and Abbiatti aren't too serious. Abbiatti's looked strange but serious while I didn't see what happened to Ricky(did he come back too soon??).

Overall a great result and should give us some confidence for next weeks tricky trip to Napoli.

+1

That's true. Also, the biggest difference between today's Milan and the usual Milan is that we actually created chances... walking around with complete lack of interest is not going to make you chances.

Congratulations to Pippo for reaching a great milestone. and to young Pato, who's growing in confidence each game.
He has surpassed the expectations, with 10 games to go, and the current form he's in, 20 goals in a season is not impossible.

What an odd match. How can a young, beefy player like Abbiati get knocked out by 58-year-old Favalli?? Also, someone needs to make a Pippo signature based on the movie "300."

I've been laid up all weekend with a cold. It's my third one in under a year. Jesus. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Let's all pray for a Inter-Viola draw!

Why?you still have scudetto hopes?

Oh wait, with scoring 51 goals we have scored more than any teams in serie A.
I think it's the first time during Carletto's coaching time.

(sorry for a lot of grammatically errors in this post! )

We're still letting in one per game, though. That we have to fix.
