@zd: No underground info. It's just what the player wants.

Well, I still hope the deal won't go through as I'm not sure if all these stars can play together and more importantly, I'm not sure if Schuster can handle the situation. Madrid will be back to Galactico era if Ronaldo comes... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

Madrid have 5 Dutch players now (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

If Ronaldo arrives, there will be too much ego in already too big squad

QUOTE (Top Twenty Transfers Of The Summer)
1. Rafael van der Vaart (Hamburg to Real Madrid)

A lifelong Barcelona fan and one of the best playmakers in the world today, how Madrid managed to sign him for nine million euros I don't know. What is even more baffling is how Hamburg let him go at that price (even if clauses could raise it to 13m). I would probably have put him up here even if he had cost 15 million. A downright steal, and just the kind of person who will add to Bernd Schuster's team without destroying it (get the hint?).

And not what other media named as transfer fee. As far as I know it's more like 13 million. Plus, he had a buy out clause so that any club could have bought him for 1,5 million in 2009.

The white bit**es already have 5 Dutch players and are also after Huntelaar while we only have a stuffed one... damn it, I'm jealous! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

PS Drenthe's acceleration is out of this world!

We have the Cedric guy too, remember?

Oh well...I hope Huntelaar doesn't exit Ajax for Madrid. I count on Marco doing a talk with him..

I thought you didn't rate Huntelaar much. so why don't you want him to go to Madrid? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

With the amount of Dutch currently at Madrid, I think it puts them in pole position.

Naah,..I'll give him a chance with Van Basten's Ajax. I wish them all the best this season..

If they prove themselves, they can both join Milan in future.

The second leg of the Supercopa is being played today at the Bernabeu. Valencia won the first leg 3-2 at the Mestalla.

Current score (35th): Madrid 0 - 1 Valencia.

Lovely goal by David Silva. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/96.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/96.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/96.gif)
(apologies to the Madrid fans but I like Silva).

Oops. And Madrid new boy Rafa Van der Vaart given a straight red for a studs up tackle. Tsk.

Van Nistlerooy equalizes in the 50th. Penalty after an Albiol hand ball in the area.

Valencia still lead on aggregate, 4-3.

Oh dear. Not a good day for the Dutch contingent. Van Nistlerooy sent off for a studs up challenge (he'd already gotten a yellow earlier in the game). Madrid are down to 9.

Sergio Ramos puts Madrid ahead. They're all even on the aggregate.
