Inter President Massimo Moratti is thought to be preparing a shock bid for former Milan hero Andriy Shevchenko. After seeing Ronaldo move to the Rossoneri in January and given recent rows between the two San Siro giants which saw Milan mock Inter’s title success during their Champions League celebrations, Moratti sees that anything goes. Agreed, just because they played in Serie B doesn't make them loyal. A loyal player plays for ONLY one club throughout their career, everybody else can not be considered loyal.

That's childish thinking IMO. for example, Albertini has always been one of our most loyal players. But we had to let him go because of our own plans. Same if we let Ambro go.

Sheva was loyal too us. A players best years are usually between 25 and 30 for an outfield player. He gave us all those years, then gave us £30m to help build a team without him.

Just because he didn't stay until he wasn't good enough anymore like Boban, Albertini, Rui or Stam. Do you really think he wanted to remembered as a player in his final years that was awful and was only their for the sentimental value?

I don't think so. He was as loyal to us as anybody, give him a break.

Rui left because its no use for a player like him sitting on the bench. Boban retired after one season at celta de vigo. Albertini had to leave and Stam went to Ajax for his family !!

2. Everybody on here goes on about 'our team's full of old players' So we either had £30m or an old player.

Your theory about him leaving because he's past his prime doesnt make any sense. If you're not at you're prime anymore you stay or you go back to where it all started . In his case Dynamo Kiev. So he realises he's not getting better , and he chooses another top team in a more intense league ??
