Our biggest problem in this whole mess of a season is one thing

It's the players' minds. This is a psycological problem more then anything else. No transfers or injured players returning are going to help our situation.

mchanna, you said something that I totally agree with (not that I disagree with the other stuff you said but this really struck me)

CONI didn't cut off our points. Calciopoli pretty much ruined our summer transfer. Some players said, that the -8 motivates them, but I think the opposite happened.

. This is basically what started the ball rolling. The sh!tty pre-season we had add to that the fact that the calciopoli penalties seem to have taken the breath right out of the player's lungs. And as you said they might have said that it was a motivation but it did the whole opposite. And to continue to add to this, player's coming off the high of winning a WC (which continues to help in the un-motivated department).

And this constant post hitting. Now I know it's not bad luck, I think it's become this big elephant inside the room. And now we are even starting to hit the post from the penalty spot.

There is something defenately wrong. And it's not physical. It's coming from the player's minds.

What will help is Carlo sitting them down and all having a hard talk. Also doesn't the club employ shrinks? I think they should get off their lazy asses and do some work.

Our problem is unmotivation, no belief in our selves what-so-ever and we never show any balls, unless it's already too late
