If we don't get full points here (which is highly likely at this point) I honestly don't know how the management can continue with Montella at this point.
It's obvious he's not going to be able to recover from this. He's lost the dressing room completely, the players don't buy into him anymore and he's certainly never even tried to get the best out of them either. We need fresh ideas and new motivation and that's not going to come from Montella (or Rino for that matter. he's doing well with the Primavera, I don't get why they would want to repeat the mistakes done with Pippo and Brocchi when it's clear he's not ready to coach a pro side) |
