Gallas race hots up
The race to sign Chelsea’s want-away defender William Gallas is gathering pace as Milan and Arsenal prepare their bids. The Rossoneri are reportedly readying an offer of around £5m for the unsettled Frenchman, while Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has claimed negotiations are already underway. “Well, I made an offer for him and that’s as far as we are,†claimed Wenger. “It can happen, but as we said we are in no-man’s land. I am keen to resolve it, we are at the beginning of the season and you want a settled squad.†Milan are keen to add the France international to their defence after qualifying for the Champions League. QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ Aug 23 2006, 05:24 PM) Why do you think this would happen? No, we are going to make the signings...just be pacient. Anyway what turned out with the Ze Roberto signing? Why is he not at Milan by now? Because we "wanted" Diarra ... they're afraid of his knee injury I think |
