Sadly, I think in the case of Pato, the damage seems to have already been done. If you are to compare how he has bulked up in the off-season, gained muscle weight, in the last two years, it's scary!
I feel that should Pato be treated by someone who is
competent than his problems wouldn't be so huge or frequent. Him and a host of other players have been mistreated and misdiagnosed over the course of these past few years. Sometimes you just have to stop thinking it's just a coincedence and face the facts
