I think it's almost time for Ancelotti to go... He is a good coach, not a great one... he looks good when the team plays well but i think he has a couple of big problems as a coach
1. I think he doesn't read the game well. When a team doesn't play well, that is when coaching comes in. I can remember very few times where the team hasn't played well and he changed the game in our favor. Recently, I only remember when he put in Maldini for Gattuso against Lione so Serginho can move up to midfield and add some more attacking options. (then we won) 2. I think he plays favorites with certain players. I think he plays Seedorf WAY too much. Seedorf is a great player but does not deserve as much playing time as he gets. I think he underutilized Jankulovski who would provide more solutions offensively and defensively.
On top of that, I blame him for that Champions League Final against Liverpool. It's an embarassment to lose a game to a bad team after being up 3-0. He should've subbed out players like Seedorf and Pirlo to provide a little more defense and possesion. Kaladze and Dhorasso were on the bench when they could have helped.
The best things Ancelotti has done since he's been at Milan was installing an attacking mentality, inventing Pirlo's new position, playing Kaka over Rui Costa and Rivaldo, and moving Kaladze into the central defense this year.
After 2 years without trophies, it's time for him to leave and for us to thank him for what he has done for this team.
Preferred subs: Rijkaard, Van Basten, or Donadoni
