I do have worries about Drogba as a possible signing.
Since he joined Marseille, he's struggled to be a 'goal machine'. He had one good year at Chelsea, of 3, and had a good year at Marseille. In a way he's not really proven, a bit inconsistant. We complain about Gila, but in Didier's first two seasons at Chelsea he scored 10 and 12 goals. Not a fantastic return on a £24m man is it? It worries me, but I'd still have him. That's the key referrence that gives him importance. |
