Back to the league, and now we need to revert our focus on this 100%. This is our only objective left for the season, and I know the team will have to shrug off the huge disappointment and sense of being cheated of the CL and get back in full swing in the league.

Fiorentina are awful right now, so lost points here should not even be an option.

Hopefully we'll have VB back here, if so, my team would be

Abate--Nesta--Mexes--Antonini
Aqui--VB--Nocerino
Boateng
Ibra--Robinho

That's basically a full strength line-up aside from Silva, so again, no excuses here

I would actually take the risk of starting Ibra from the bench if I were coach. We've worked a thoroughbred like a farmhorse these past few weeks. Last thing we need is for Ibra to go out injured. We need to get this year's scudetto otherwise this season has been an abject failure.

Abate---Bonera---Mexes---Antonini
Aquilani----MvB-----Il Noce------
----Urby-----------ElSharaawy----
------------Prince----------------

I know this is a very experimental forward line...but I think Prince has the attributes to be a false 9. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

But who am I kidding, we'll probably be playing han's formation, except for maybe Bonera coming in for Mexes and our blonde angel playing his 4th game in 2 weeks if van Bommel is still injured. In which case we will have a massive mistake for sure.

Change is overrated, anyway?! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Anything less than 3 points here, and our season will be out open!

You always seem to bring the weirdest formations. That forward line wouldn't work for a second.

Shouldn't be too hard, they are awful lately and will be without Amauri, Gamberini, Cerci and Montolivo.

That's great, first game back in Serie A(from that knockout in the CL),should be the hardest for us mentally. But,if we win the 1st one, things will roll,we'll probably have a full squad to pick from.

QUOTE
The Italian media are speculating on exactly what Antonio Conte said to his Juventus troops during a 12-minute motivational speech.

The tactician spoke at length to his entire squad on Tuesday in a bid to fire them up ahead of the last eight games of the campaign.

“Milan will have to spit blood until the very end to win the championship,” the former midfielder allegedly stated.

“People are flooding us with praise right now, but that sends shivers through me. Why? Because I have fear, I have fear, I have fear that someone here will start to relax.

“There is applause and a consensus, but what is the reality? The reality is the pitch, the reality is sweat, the reality is sacrifice.

“That is what has led us to this point of the championship and we still haven’t done anything yet…

“Let’s look at who we have in front of us now because we are mature enough to fight until the very end.

“As I said before, they will have to spit blood until the last game.”

Juventus, who travel to Palermo this weekend, are now just two points behind leaders Milan in the championship.

The Old Lady, unbeaten this term, will also face Napoli in the Coppa Italia Final next month.

And spit blood we will!

I'd like to see this against Fiorentina: Abbiati, Abate, Mexes, Bonera, Antonini, Aquilani, Bommel, Muntari, Boateng, Robinho, Maxi Lopez.

Nesta, Ambrosini, Nocerino and Ibrahimovic MUST rest.

Dont wanna sound far fetched, but from the very little I have seen from Maxi Lopez, he has impressed me. I hope he scores in this game and we come with 3 points, hopefully if he keeps on performing we will keep him as a substitute.

I don't really see anything wrong with what Conte said. It's the best discussion to make to the team to keep them motivated until the very end.

I honestly don't think we will have much difficulty winning this. we often beat them at home and away for fun.

3-1.

How could you agree with this?! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Just how? "...we are mature enough to fight until the very end".
