I want Carlo gone...What he's done for milan has been good and is in the past..we need a change of coach...Just like Madrid did...What other coaches and even players gave to that team in the past was good but there's been several changes, with coaches and players and now they're good..Even Inter..Despite Mancini winning the league he was still sacked but milan and its stupid family concept is killing milan as a whole..Goodbye Ancelotti never to return

I want him out for sure, I have for about 12 months! Not good enough anymore and he's pretty undefensable as of now. People can blame it on players, but at the end of the day it is Carlo's job to motivate the players.

Of the list I'd sa Rijkaard. He did a good job at Barca and is likely to play a more offensive game of football.

From that list the only viable option is Rijkaard, Spaletti is not available and all the other are a step down from what we alrady have

If this were to happen at the end of the season it would be a toss up between Spalletti and Prandelli

What the hell are Mancio and Grant doing there... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Anyway, I will want Carlo sacked if we lose against Lazio as well. if we're destined to lose, let's lose with a new coach. this is getting sickening now...

I'd take even Donadoni right now, let alone Rijkaard.

If one MUST choose someone from that list, I'd pick Rijkaard.

I wouldn't mind seeing someone like Billy get a shot though.

Pep Guardiola v2

Billy is welcome when he gained enough experience though. I think he can be like Capello.

Everybody above Carlo needs to go too. Thats not to say Carlo has been absolved of guilt, as he is somewhat responsible; however when he asks for a WC CB and is given a faded ST and AM what do you expect.

The continued arrogance by Galliani and pretty much the whole management has gone too far. I want a complete change. Ambrosini as an able CB my a***. Everybody in the whole world knows our defence is broken but yet a 40 year is kept on from past merit and one of the premier league's worst defenders is brought in

It may be wishful thinking but i want the whole management gone. With regards to Ancelotti, it would have been for the best if he left end of last season, but we have to keep him till the end of season. Rikaard and Donadoni are steps backwards. Mario Beretta anyone?

Its too early to say if Costacurta will be like Capello, however he has been trained by some of the most gifted tacticians over the years. I definitely want to see him the future, but not right now

I think it's unfair on Carlo that he gets players he does wan't - which is the reason a DoF type role is just a cancer to a fotball club - but he doesn't exactly have a system to go out and win games. The system Carlo uses requires individul brilliance to win games, otherwise we have no chance.

As for Galliani, his arrogance is really starting to kick him in his ***, this guy is the biggest joke in football. He makes Mike Ashley seem okay.

I hope. I'd take Zico over any of these any time of the day. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) It's about the club getting out of this family business stuff. There are far more decent coaches available, some even better than Carlo. We just have to look with an open mind, and presto!

We need someone:

-Motivated
-Experienced
-Strict

Therefore: Rijkaard, Donadoni and Mancini would be bad choices. Zico and Grant, I don't think so. I chose Spaletti from that list but I've some doubts about him.

Cesare Prandelli and Mourinho would be the ideal choices. Too bad that ain't gonna happen and we'll stick some months to a muppett like Rijkaard who won't last long.

(You really like the term muppet, don't you Porty? I do too and keep conjuring up images of Rijkaard-as-Fozzy-Bear).

Probably pretty darn close to the truth, unfortunately. I think we're hosed if we change NOW. It would've been better to do it in June so the new guy would have time with the players in preseason, etc. At this point, the really good coaches are hardly likely to leave their clubs and while I do rather like Rijkaard, he's not at all good at dealing with people and so I'm not sure he'd be that great in Milan.

I'd love Prandelli but doubt he's likely to leave Florence anytime soon.

Our options then seem to be to stick with Carletto and suffer through the humiliation, to ditch Carletto and stick in someone like Rijkaard who's probably not going to work out and then bring in a new guy in June anyway, or to ditch Carletto and leave it in the hands of the poor sods who've been assistant coaching.

Can it be June yet?
