Abbiati has just signed a contract extension until 2013.
Keep in mind that the last time Abi signed an extension, his knee was torn to shreds. Storari injured himself shortly after signing his, and is now with his third club in less that many seasons. |

Last season (almost exactly a year ago, as a matter of fact), Storari decided to imitate Rene Higuita and pull off the scorpion kick during practice right before Milan's game vs. Roma. He screwed it up and missed a month with a thigh strain.
Dida took his place in the lineup and Storari was therefore loaned to Samp. Now he's currently with Juventus. That's what I meant by frequent flyer miles. |
