Through the years, I'v never doubted Ancelotti. He was never a perfect coach, but he has certainly improved a lot and it is absolutely not true that he doesn't have fresh ideas for the team. I think he did his job greatly last season and if Juve hadn't cheated, we would have won the Scudetto by a big margin. And you all know what happened in the CL. Barca won the game in San Siro, we play 3 days after, they rest for a week, we lose 3-4 key players to injury, we play them, we have a perfectly normal goal disalowed and we are out.

But that's not what I wanna talk about in this topic. I wanna talk about how perfectly Ancelotti is using the rotation system and how well players have responded to it so far. He keeps every single player hungry enough to do well, and it's working wonders for us so far. I mean if we keep going like this, I don't see us getting tired by the end of season as much as last year. Last year Seedorf played in every single game if you remember and that made him tired and also affected his motivation to do well. But what happens this year? Gourcuff, the 20 year old gets the nod from Ancelotti over Seedorf in Milan's opening CL match and he does a perfect job and also scores. Then Carletto plays Seedorf the next game, and sure enough he scores to prove why he should be in the starting 11. This is perfect for a team. I see us achieving great things this season if we continue on like this. Forza Milan! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif)

well I never had any problems with Ancelotti tactics-wise ... what I blame him for is about lack of power of persuasion; I blame him for the Depor and Instbul losses!!! Of course this is the man Carlo's fault not the coach Carlo's!!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

But anyway ... we're doing great so far (I mean the results cause the defence IMO has been sh1tty!!!) and I hope we keep it that way (the results that is) !!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif)

Carlo has evolved w/ the team .. He has came a long way .. We should have had the past two scudetto's instead of Juve; I guess the calciopoli proved to us that Carlo was the perfect coach for us.

Plus, him rotating the squad is something we've always wanted to happen and I'm glade that it is happening often as often as the results r coming in (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devil.gif)

Exactly, if it wheren't for Juve and the calciopoli, we would have set a club record for most points collected in one season (88) The current number of best ppoints collected in one season is 82, which was achieved in the 03/04 win, which was under Carlo.

And him rotating the squad SENSIBLY not like last season, when we had a big game, he would rest practically all of the first eleven in the game before the big one.

The reason why I don't blame him for that, is because no one really expected what happened to happen, it was unthinkable, especially in the final, Carlo got everything perfect to a T in that game. I don't think he expected a the team to self distruct like that, considering this is MILAN, which is a team filled with professionals, and that should know how to keep their composure in the big matches.

I don't think that when the half time wistle was blown and everyone went to the dressing room Carlo told the players "OK we have a 3 goal lead, you go out there and relax a bit, have some fun even". That night was just one of those unexplainable moments that no one could have seen coming

Aww grow up Pana (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) And whats should he have done ? Go in the dressing room at half time and tell them not to concede 3 goals ?? Dont you think he said that they should'nt think they allready won ?? Perhaps saying that made the players think they allready won it . I dont know and neither do you ...

But it's not fair blaiming Carlo for that cause that was one crazy night wich can be played 1000 times and Milan will win it 999 times.

it is my f@cking opinion man ... that he does not have the power to do it. He may have told them, so what!!?!?? In that occasion not only words matter but who says them plus how he does so ... I could have gone there and tell them myself ... what difference would it make ... He f@cking proved twice TO ME that he can't handle that kind of situations!!!!

In my mind he is the one to blame, there is no fairness or unfairness in that, it's just my opinion!!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

What's with the "f@ck" ? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

He can't handle what situation ? That the players mess up ? Then it's the players fault ...

But if you're gonna blaim someone then blaim the whole team including Carlo. Not only him . But why am i even trying right (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Ps. Please don't make it sound like you can't have an oppinion here. Everyone does & can , but the second one says something bad about Milan according TO ME , i like to defend. And that is MY opinion. Thank you (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

You mean you praise them for scoring 3 goals. Players are as much responsible for scoring and conceiding goals as is the coach. If you point your finger at one person, you are clearly not thinking right.
