Yeah but Terry or Lampard coming would be a big surprise he hasn't been linked. I think Terry has been mentioned as a player Milan wanted. If you've been to London you would know what I'm saying. This wouldn't get out of the press for sometime.

Hey I would take Scheva back in a minute but the question is how much is this going to cost us.

Scheva might come back with a more physical presence from the English game and do better than he did. Ronaldo and himself are what I had a couple years ago in my Winning Eleven rigged team as forwards.

On the other hand he did walk away from Milan, he went to the Prem team that has won over the past couple years and couldn't make the job happen. Do we really want somebody like this?

Kaka could go to Madrid where many Brazilians are and he and his wife would adapt to Spanish better. Gattuso, Pirlo and all the others could have left but guess what they-- DIDN'T. Because they are true Milanistas.

Cannavaro is overrated and doesn't come close to comparing to the genius of a Kaka or Ronaldinhos in skill and impact.
*

You're right, he doesn't come close.

Stick Ricky and R10 at the back and see how they fair. He doesn't need skill because that's not his job, as for impact? Just check the 'goals against' column for Real this season, it's as low as it's been for a while.

P.S. A bit random, but does anybody know why Gabi Heinze is on the Real Madrid squad on Wikipedia? Has he signed for them?

WHA!?

He's in my starting XI for team of the season. Considering I HATE United, that's takes some doing (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Yeah... he walked away from Milan and turned his back to us just to WIN trophies with Chelsea but he couldn't (and I'm happy for that). I don't have a problem to have him back, but he'll never be the same great Sheva for me again. he'll be just a good striker. no more!

That would not surprise me one bit.

He's always said that he wished he could still play with Vieira. If ,or a more likely when, he leaves the Gooners, Barca and Inter would be favourites to get him in my opinion, followed by us and Real.

well, henry is pretty much a barca player...apparently just waiting to sign the dotted line.

if the "mystery person" is sheva, then someone needs to remind carlo what "ending the world" is...i'm sorry, but it wouldn't shock anyone if he decided to come back.

i still feel that the only person that would warrant such an accusation would be wayne rooney.

after a few days of going over this article, it appears like carlo is overhyping something that shouldn't have been

Rooney wouldn't improve us, he is no better at sticking it in the net than Gilardino is, United is down to Ronaldo not Rooney no matter how much every English fan wants to believe it.

I'd much rather have a 50 year old Shevchenko than Rooney, he is soooo overrated its untrue.
