Our greatest strength against liverpool is the technical ability in the midfield. We can play a controlled possession game, switch to long ball hit or play simple short passes. Plus we have kaka who nobody in liverpool squad has a chance of out pacing. Seedorf who has a brilliant touch and shot. Pirlo who's vision is amazing. Gattuso will destroy anyone who walks in his path. Ambro vs crouch, lets see if the white yao ming has a chance. Oddo who is suprisingly very skilled and can handle CL pressure. Great crossing and a decent shot. Nesta, no one can out class him, best defender in the world. Maldini, more than enough experience. No one can out think out class or out match him . Janku, great pace and a nice left foot cross. Dida, he may have his bad days but i have a feeling he will be ready for may 23. Inzaghi, as saf said he was born offside. He'll be marked closely and he has never failed to score in this big stage. and finally revenge, we hunger for that trophy. So i welcome xabi alonso, sissoko, gerrard, macherano, riise, agger, carragher to try and catch kaka. If man u can't do it, i would love to see them do it.

Friday, 9 March 2007
adidas, the Official Match Ball supplier to all major UEFA, FIFA and IOC tournaments, unveiled the Official Match Ball for the 2007 UEFA Champions League final on 9 March, presenting the adidas Finale Athens.

Technology
The adidas Finale Athens features the successful adidas +Teamgeistâ„¢ technology, a 14-panel configuration. It reduces the number of three-panel touch points by 60 per cent and the total length of panel lines by 15 per cent. This creates a perfectly round ball allowing great accuracy and control for Europe's elite clubs. The combination of the revolutionary panel shape, a new carcass construction and the thermal bonding technology provide this official match ball for the final with the best performance qualities ever.

Starball
The design of the adidas Finale Athens is based on the widely recognisable UEFA Champions League starball logo and is blue and white, representing the colours of the Greek national flag. The adidas Finale Athens is available globally at a retail price of €110.

UEFA are ridiculous, they give the tickets all to corporate businesses and the people with the money to promote themselves.

It's a shame that real fans can't go to the ground and watch it, unfortunately the trend is catching on in a lot of football Finals nowadays.

BTW Liverpool won all their 5 finals playing in red and against opponents who played in all white. I wonder if Milan new that before choosing the 'lucky' white instead of read & black. Anyway, this time things will be different. We just want it more than them.

Oh please...

Enough with the history & coincidences talk already!!

On May 23rd in Athens it will be Milan vs Liverpool, not Milan's history vs Liverpool's history!!

Just some facts that's all. Did I said it will be crucial for the game?

QUOTE (Kaka Is Brilliant @ May 11 2007, 02:33 PM)

I think these coincedences do SOMETIMES come into it. Like for example Italy at the last world cup, there where a lot of different coincedences that coincided with that year.

Bu the kit thing is total BS, up until the 2005 final we had never lost a final in a white kit, but guess what it happened. There's a first thing for everything and hopefully it will also occur for Liverpool on the 23rd (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)
