Forget the old days where sergio and cafu were like wild men.  You have to forget that we are not the best in italy and wont be for a few years.  Were definatly not the best in europe and won't be for a few years.  The reason is because a certain bald man has been using our transfer money for his vacation use.  Cafu is 36, sergio is 35 even if sergio comes back he wont do sh!t.  Maldini is 38, you can no longer depend on him like we used to.  WE have kaladze simic and Bonera oddo janku and nesta.  Grimi hasn't played yet so i wont give him a spotlight, and favali doesnt deserve to be talked about.  Kaladze and simic are okay but bonera is better than both of them.  And its not how we play against inter that counts its how we play against all serie A teams that count.  Janku is very good and he does his job.  He gets tired and sergio hopefully will let him relax when it is needed.  Your saying we need to buy a GOOD defender, but tell me my freind where do we pick this GOOD defender up.  Do you think any team who has a GOOD defender will be willing to sell him to us?  You should be happy that at least we made two good purchases, oddo and bonera.  Don silvio is just talking and acting big, but i doubt terry will be joining our squad any time soon.  Forget last year also.  Last year we had the world's best striker honestly.  He was top 3.  This year we have top 25 strikers ex ronaldo.  WE also had stam who was like rino in the defence.  Having lost these two players who were key to our success, we can't score easily.  Oli missed a one on one chance today against atalanta which gila would have most likely missed too.  If sheva had recieved that chance and at least half of the chances oli recieved we would have won 5-0.  What i'm trying to say is that you can't just say heres 250mil, go buy the world's best.  It doesn't work that way.  We have to buy young players and work them up.  We should have done this in 2003, but baldy was too busy on vacation and now we pay for it.  Like i said before Oddo is worthy of milan and so is janku.  Oddo's small replacement will come soon, as janku's has already.  NEsta and bonera will stay strong for a long time with kala hanging on the bench.  So my advice is forget the past and look at the current status.  If your gonna blame someone blame galliani's stupidity and not our players.  We are 6-5th place in serie A and no in no way as strong as roma and inter.  They wooped our @ss and that defienatly proves that were maybe 3rd best in italy, maybe 4th considering lazio who knows.

Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti would be happy to welcome Marseille winger Franck Ribery to the San Siro this summer, according to reports in Italy.

The 24-year-old, who played a vital role in France’s run to the World Cup Final last year, has many admirers all over Europe and is considered as Zinedine Zidane’s successor for Les Bleus.

According to the weekly magazine Controcampo, Ancelotti has added the player’s name to his wish list as he believes the Frenchman could adapt well to his tactics given his versatility.

Ribery is contracted to his current club until 2010, but a summer move seems on the cards after the Ligue 1 outfit agreed to let him go should they receive a suitable offer.

The wing wizard, who had stated in the past few months that Serie A was one of his preferred destinations, has confirmed that his future might be with a foreign club.

“Now I am only attracted by abroad. If I were to leave, it would only be for a foreign outfit,” said Ribery to France Football.

“I know I am not very excited by a country like Germany. I prefer English and Spanish Leagues.

“The clubs that make me dream? Manchester United, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Chelsea and Milan,” he continued.

“My priority is to play Champions League football next season and I will do my best for OM to reach it. Then we will see what happens at the end of the campaign.”
