Now this bit I totally can't agree with

Mexes is our most played CB this season with 22 appearances in Serie A and 5 in the CL all of which were starts bar 1 game in the CL

I don't see this regression you speak of, he's always been a total hot head, even at Roma, and he's always had the occasional moments where he's made mistakes due to lack of concentration, which is a crucial reason as to why he was never considered as a top tier CB

Well hopefully he leaves and you and I can stop bloody arguing about his strengths and weaknesses (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Don't agree but then, I refuse to get into a Bonera battle with you and Han (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

What is it with you and Bonera?

Bonera is a seriously limited player, who may have a couple of encouraging games but can leave you to rue the day you ever trusted him. Ask Allegri, he damn well ended his stint at Milan with his mistakes against Sassuolo

The grapevine is buzzing this morning.

Santon, Ganso, Negredo, Darmian, Banega, Menez, Alex.

The only bad news is De Jong is considering his future.

According to this, Alex and Menez are done deals (apparently Juve was after Alex as well). Still after Rami. Mexes is probably out.

Also, according to this:
- The situation with Balo is unclear, as it looks like Pippo may want him at the center of his 4-3-3 (which explains Berlu's comments). If Balo leaves we may be after Mandzukic (who has less space at Bayern). He is expected to cost 30M (which apparently is what we expect to get from Balo).
- El Sha is staying and will play a key role. Pazzo also likely to stay.
- Kaka would end up as a sub, which means he may leave (MLS?). Same with Honda.
- Desperately trying to unload Matri (maybe Samp will get him at a discount) and Robinho (though apparently nobody wants to pay his salary - what a surprise! oh why, why did we renew his contract last year?)
- Unlikely we will get Taarabt
- CD: still after Rami (apparently we are working out a deal with Valencia). Bonera stays. Unclear what we want to do with Zapata. Mexes would have to accept a salary reduction or he is out.
- Fullbacks: we will play both Abate and DS (apparently this was one of Galliani's big disagreements with Seedorf). We may also be after Gabriel Silva (Udinese), as apparently he reminds Inzaghi of Serginho.
- Midfield: the strategy is less clear. With Monto out, the combination De Jong, Muntari and Essien (assuming he stays) is seen as "lacking quality". Cristiante and Poli are likely to stay. Unclear if we are after anyone else.

Yeah, read that as well. Apparently he is not happy with what we did to Seedorf.

So the latest news is Turkish media have Balotelli close to signing for Galatasaray while Balotelli himself has changed his Twitter background to Galatasaray's symbol - a lion.

Whether he is just taking the p*ss or is being sincere, who knows.

One game doesn't change anything. When has Bonera ever been good in the air? Never.

I think De Jong will stay and I'd take all of those players in a heart beat. Especially if it means getting rid of some of the dead weight we carry around in this team

1 good game in 5 years isn't really a good argument to make in Bonera's favour (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Obviously taking the p!ss, just 23 years old, why on earth would he ever want to go to Turkey?

I think we'll keep Balo in the end. Unless we're really strapped tight for cash or he has a great WC and we get some massive offer for him, I don't see much benefit in selling him, especially since any good striker would require the same kind of money we'd get for selling Balo

According to Sportitalia we're giving €3.8 million to Menez. WTF?! I sincerely hope they're just bullshiting us.

Looks like 2M, at least according to this. If true, that is much more reasonable.
