He is overrated when he is compared to the likes of Maradona ... last time I checked he Ronaldinho had not won a World Cup all on his own, am I wrong???

Other than that he's certainly one of the best right now. In fact I can't think of any other player that constantly play at his level other than Kaká (who is better IMO; his game is much more cardinal) and Henry (he simply drags a mediocre team to higher levels on his own) ...

.. but he's no Maradona. no way!!!

Obviously there's only 1 Maradona.

PS: Ronaldinho won the WC 2002 with Scolari. He's not his fault Parreira's was too stupid in this years one.

Can you imagine Kaka' + R10 with Inzaghi (or Gila) upfront?  (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
*

(IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) that would be something ... and I don't have to worry about the Gaucho - Kaká (can someone please tell me how to do the á without copy-pasting all the time?? thanks...) cause this is not the Brazil NT ... we have Milanello and much time to work things out ... it'll be no problem!!!

-Totti gets 6M a year, way way more than the others players of Roma... and aren't they a strong "group"? Just look how they celebrate their goals...
*

don't just throw some numbers off; this is a completely different situation there at Roma: Totti raised himself through the team and became the captain ... and he's proved it numerous times when he's rejected offers to leave. Ofcourse everyone respects him there and they'd even pay him themselves if they had to.
Is this the same with a player suddenly coming inside a team (the backbone of which has been there for some good 5 years) and getting paid that fat 12m??? Well no hell it's not the same!!!

It's not the same, but, if you ask the 90% of the Milan players who they want on the team... you know the answer.

Even Gattuso told that on an interview. (R10 is Rino's worst nightmare)

Don't you remember the World Cup 2002 - Japan/Korea? Brazil 2-0 Germany on the final? Ronaldinho was there... remember his goal vs. England (Seaman)?

Is this what you don't remember/get? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Oh... and talking about the 12M-per year... well, I give 1 example:
-Totti gets 6M a year, way way more than the others players of Roma... and aren't they a strong "group"? Just look how they celebrate their goals...

Well that's a different thing I'd say. Totti IS Roma. he plays for this club since 1995 now I guess. He's the undenieable leader of the squad, for many years, and he's the teams captain for many years. No one can complain about him getting such a wage.
If Ronnie arrives and earns 12 Million a years this would be a whole different thing...

I still remember this of course, it was the magic triangle back then, the 3 R's. Ronaldo, Rivaldo and Ronaldinho.
No one says he's not a great player, but he's surely not the leading kind that can push a team on his own, like Henry is one, or Juninho.
Ronaldinho is like a desert, nice to watch, and you definetely like it but he's nothing that really fills your stomach...

Oh that. Nowadays, it's hard to win a WC alone... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

South Africa will be the Kaka'/R10/Robinho World Cup. For sure. You can bet on that.

well if they get past any FIFA-boosted African team ... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Ahah. Parreira will be in S.Africa so no prob... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

In 1986 they put a good tactic + Maradona. This year's Brazil put the "magic square" knowing it wouldn't work...

We talked about him so many times (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I don't think he is overrated. He is the best players in the world today (o.k he was bad in the WC but it's the coach fault) and he is treated as such.

Believe me. Until 31st of August 2007... we'll be talking and talking and talking around Ronaldinho.

Not only us. This will be the transfer of Summer 2007. (Dream MODE ON) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
