According to Lovren, it really was intentional. He also elbowed BiĊĦevac (from Serbia) earlier in the match.

Somebody needs more attention... QUOTE Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the biggest star at Paris Saint Germain in France, took the opportunity to mock Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo after the Ballon D'or ceremony. Regarding Messi, Ibrahimovic mocked the Argentinean's small stature, saying that he may not have four Golden Balls, but he can buy chocolates without needing to step on a box. Meanwhile, he labeled Cristiano Ronaldo as 'privileged', as he always gets to sit in the first row to see Lionel Messi win. He also said that the Portuguese striker does not deserve to be labeled the best player in the world, saying there are a lot of players better than the Real Madrid star. Ibrahimovic has made his own argument to be on top, with 18 goals in 16 matches since joining PSG http://sports.terra.com/soccer/celebrities...cceb0aRCRD.html

Well I think Ibra is rightfully angry.
He was a one man winning machine for us last season and continues with it into this season for PSG. Why shouldn't he be p!ssed off that he's overlooked because it's more in trend to only look at La Liga? This would have to apply for Pirlo as well as he was robbed this year, as well as the year that Cannavaro won it.
I think Ibra is as usual OTT with his comments. More than anything he likes to stir up controversy and I think he's aiming his anger at the wrong parties. Messi and Ronaldo are the best 2 right now, and I think Ibra knows this, but to not even get on the short list or the XI is what has to be grating on him as well as a lot of other poeple

QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Jan 29 2013, 09:36 PM) It's a shame we couldn't sign him from Juve, what could've been. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Yep. Inters period of domination would have been questionable.
