It has to break at some point. And such a wasteful transfer would make that possible (IMG: style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ Dec 18 2012, 02:51 PM) It has to break at some point. And such a wasteful transfer would make that possible (IMG: style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Agreed, yet I beg to ask are they buffoons? I am even more interested in how PSG will conform to FFP. With the transfers of TS and Zlatan added on top of Lavezzi, Pastore and the likes ... Let alone this dream transfer that Blue mentioned above ... None of the top clubs could do this, City cant, Madrid cant ... I don't know, and with the due date to conform already elapsing and some clubs are already on the receiving end of fines for not conforming (Malaga comes to mind, as they didn't receive participation money from UEFA) ... I find it disgusting really that we have to conform and they have an 'arrangement' of sorts. The arrangement I refer to is directly correlated with Qatar Investment Authority's HUGE, no HUMONGOUS investments in Europe ... You can call it a bailout package in its own form to the weak economy of the greater EU. WC2022 is 'scheduled' to be in Qatar, but does it all make sense now? (IMG: style_emoticons/default/innocent.gif) And I don't think it stops at PSG and football, its on a grander scale of things that UEFA/FIFA are only a small participants of and are forced to turn a blind eye on them. Unfair? I agree.

QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Dec 18 2012, 03:25 PM) Your arguing with me for the sake of it is getting pretty tiresome now han. Yes, God forbid I want to bring in one of the better playmakers around who's actually going to be available for a good price. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) What does arguing for the sake of arguing have to do with anything here. I disagree with other as well but we discuss it. I don't agree that we should give up 2 of our few good players to get someone like Sneijder. Who I personally admire a lot as a player, and I'm a fan personally. But he has issues with his team. Why should we jump the gun and give players up to get someone that, should we play our cards right, could come on a very good deal. Keeping our current core of good players should be key. Making a few smart moves each window is also hugely important for us. Also you have to consider the Balotelli aspect. Should there be a realistic chance to get both on good prices, I think it would have to come down to making a choice. I'd personally choose Sneijder in that event. But who knows how the window will play out. It still hasn't opened yet. If we have to cash in I'd rather we cash in on the baggage we have like Robinho, Flamini, Traore, Mesbah, etc. These are all players who many bottom/mid table clubs are interested. Selling off Boateng and Abate is just a terrible idea
