That's a HUGE 'if' x-off.
I really can't see that happening atm, not with the way things are going under Allegri

QUOTE (han2503 @ Oct 7 2012, 06:00 PM) Are we watching Juve and hoping they'll drop points as if their standing even matters to us??
We should be watching what the likes of Atalanta and Genoa are doing atm... Well it matters to me. I want Milan's record to be untouched by this Juve team.

QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ Oct 7 2012, 07:40 PM) Well it matters to me. I want Milan's record to be untouched by this Juve team. I think they'll beat it easily. The only real difference here is Milan did it when Serie A was the best of the best around. While Juve are doing it in this 3rd rate league where everyone basically bends over for them.

QUOTE (Jack Bauer @ Oct 9 2012, 12:08 AM) So 12 to tie, 13 to break the record (IMG: style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Looking at their schedule, it's very possible. They only have Napoli and inter at home and us at San Siro, hopefully someone steps up. That certainly won't be us... And like usual I'm expecting Napoli to cave once the going gets tough

QUOTE Agnelli: 'No Calciopoli evidence'
Juventus President Andrea Agnelli has reaffirmed Antonio Conte’s innocence in the betting trial and insists “there was not a single shred of evidence” in Calciopoli.
The patron has already spoken out in favour of Conte after his 10-month ban was reduced to four on appeal for failing to report a potential fix to the authorities while he was at Siena.
“It took me just two minutes with Conte to understand his innocence,” said Agnelli at a Leaders in Football meeting at Stamford Bridge.
However, he also looked back at the 2006 trial that saw Juventus demoted to Serie B and stripped of two Scudetti.
“The conclusions were based on speculation. There was not a single shred of evidence against us. The decision was based on Article 1, relative to sporting behaviour.
“The conclusion was that if you behave in an anti-sporting manner three times, then it counts as sporting fraud, but there was no proof. It was all speculation.
“There is a court of justice that ruled the 2005-06 season was not influenced in any way and another court ruled that the previous season was never under investigation.”
Juve and then-director Luciano Moggi maintained they were not running a cabal aimed to influence referees, but that every club was contacting officials in roughly the same way.
Meanwhile, President Agnelli also commented on the economic revolution at the club that has come with the Juventus Stadium.
“For some time Juventus have been adhering to the Financial Fair Play rules and I hope other European clubs will too.
“The Champions League is the most prestigious competition on the continent and, considering our history, we must try to win it.” Bold part to clarify my previous statement in that Juventus had restructured a few years ago. Now they run a healthy model. Of course supported by income from their fully-owned stadium.

QUOTE Lazio nearing new stadium proposal(IMG: http://football-italia.net/sites/default/files/imagecache/main_photo/[type]/[nid]/stadio-olimpico490ai.jpg) Lazio President Claudio Lotito has responded to comments from Rome's mayor that the city is ready for a new stadium. Rumours have circulated that the Aquile and Roma may look to move away from the Stadio Olimpico, and Gianni Alemanno told reporters earlier on Thursday that, “we are ready, now it's up to the teams. They have to tell us which area they have chosen and then present us with a plan.” The 55-year-old Biancocelesti owner reacted positively when presented with the mayor's remarks, by saying that a new ground could be ready in five years’ time. “We are always ready,” he told a Press conference. “We have an agreement in place, but the process is very long. “We could have the first stage of the build complete in five or six years’ time, but first the plans have to be approved by the city council. “We want to build a multi-purpose stadium that meets people's everyday needs.” Well that was fast (IMG: style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Milan's council should definitely follow suit. We are in dire need of it. In other news: QUOTE Lazio President wants Serie A revamp(IMG: http://football-italia.net/sites/default/files/imagecache/main_photo/[type]/[nid]/lotito-car490ai_6.jpg) Lazio President Claudio Lotito has called for Serie A and Serie B to be reduced to just 18 teams each. The Italian top-flight is presently a 20-outfit tournament, while there are 22 sides playing in the second tier of the Italian game. “The championships need to be made up of 18 clubs,” argued Lotito. “The Lega Pro should then have a maximum of 54-60 sides. “There should also only be one relegation from A and one promotion from B. “The team that comes second in Serie B should then play-off against the team that comes second from bottom in Serie A.” Lotito has called for reforms in a bid to save cash-strapped clubs money in these tough economical times. He thinks €60m could be rescued. “The reduction of teams is necessary because there are not the necessary resources in the present system,” he argued. “This leads to some critical economical situations that we need to avoid. With these changes, you would put an end to the economical conflicts and you would have more financial certainties.” Good point and could be an improvement for us in terms of income as well.
