QUOTE (X-Offender @ Aug 19 2012, 04:06 PM) The problem is the money. Can Silvio lend us €25 million? After selling up on our star players, one would think that at least some money be made available!! If not, then I'm sorry to say but we're obviously being run by a bunch of idiots who don't know what they're doing any more

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Aug 19 2012, 12:01 PM) If I was Galliani, I'd ask Berlusconi for a budget of €25 million, which is more than respectable, and sign Strootman for €10 million, Armero for €10 million and Kaká for €15 million to be payed in three installments. Abbiati Abate - Mexes - Zapata - Armero Montolivo - Strootman - Nocerino Boateng Kaká - Pato If the Kaká deal doesn't go through, then just scrap him and play Robinho or Cassano instead. Sounds good, and looks good on paper, but where did you get those prices from? I'm not aware of what Strootman & Armero are going for, but from what I read Real were looking for nothing less than 20 for Kaka.

This is just beyond anything else. Galliani has lost it completely. I wouldn't care that much if we still had Ibra, but god, our attack will look like this: Pato, Robinho, Pazzini, El Shaarawy. As an Arctic Monkeys song says, "from the Ritz to the rubble".

(IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I'm going to have to start referring to Torquay as my fantasy side soon as oppose to Milan. What an absolute bunch of mugs. I wouldn't blame Pato if he got itchy feet now.

Well, realistically speaking, I doubt we can cash in on Cassano? He's had his curious medical condition which surely makes him a risky transfer and he publicly said he wants to leave Milan. So...
As for the suggested transfers, I'm pretty sure Udine wouldn't let Armero go, especially not for 10 million. They've lost already most of their best players,...so why selling Armero? At least until they get kicked out of the CL qualifications.

And from what I've caught up on Italian papers and news, the Cassano-Pazzini swap depends on Kaka. If Ricky comes back, we'll make the deal.
