hopefully ambro is out for the season.

I can't understand a Milan fan giving **** like this to a player like Ambrosini.

Really something to talk like that about your team's captain, member of the team for 16 years.

what i said had nothing to do with what he's done in the past. while i admit i'm not the fondest fan of ambrosini you have to admit playing with 10 men would do milan better than having our defense with expectation of him doing anything useful in midfield. he's done. he should've left with the rest. simple as that.

I'd rather play a one-legged Ambrosini than someone like Traoré.

Flamini needs both his legs for his tackles though. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

yeh you're probably right but i was just expressing my frustration of having him playing for another season and most probably being a starter, which is a great news for galliani and co as far as theyre concerned.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) well with one leg we wont have to worry about him being as clumsy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

5-1, wow... before anyone says it's a friendly and results don't matter in friendlies... they DO. if we'd lost 2-1, or 3-1 I could understand, but this is too much.

A bitter taste of what our wonderful management have made out of Milan. Traore, Mesbah, Constant, Acerbi, Muntari... no offense but it's a disgrace that some of them are supposed to be our XI this season. yes we've had a lot of crappy/average/mediocre players before but they were only substitutes to great ones.

I'm not even hopeful this loss will act as a reality check for B&G, they've got their heads firmly in the sand. they're convinced our 1-0 win over Chelsea means we remain competitive FFS (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I don't get one thing, what's the point of playing one of the world's strongest teams in pre-season? they totally destroyed that small bit of self-confidence the team had gained in the previous games. I won't be surprised if from now on we'll see a different Milan in friendlies/season games. we've proved to be very fragile in terms of confidence under Allegri. as soon as a superior team crushes us, we seem to lose all confidence. if that happened with the likes of Nesta, Silva, Seedorf, Ibra, etc. what are we expecting now? next game see how Robinho misses a sitter or something and remember I told you so!

And what's even more annoying is that we're waiting until the very last day of the transfer window to make our damn moves which won't be that good anyway. some panic buys that will take weeks or months to adopt to their new team and perform as expected.

I'm a little surprised no one saw this coming. I'm actually impressed we even scored a goal. Mourinho was always gonna put out his strongest side, while Allegri is still playing Lego with the squad at the moment.

I was expecting a 2 goal difference loss. So yes this one is excessive, but not entirely derailing. We had our best forward out, our best creator looking bored, our second/third string defence, and our main creative mid out.

We'll win nothing this year, that's a given (if we stay the way we are in the squad), but we won't be THIS bad. IMO, this was Madrid against Milan B.

That said, I do agree with Zed.D's point about confidence.

The things is this CB pairing is not only pretty slow, but none of them is a playmaking CB,or at least one that is good with the ball. So,we lost the ball a lot from silly passes from our CBs,and hey the fullbacks didn't do that better either.Their was a lack of communication between Abate and Flamini there..specially in the defence.Nocerino did well when he had the ball, and Ambrosini...well I didn't even notice he was playing.

Cassano will be an essential part of our team,so I say give him that pay raise or we're gonna lose yet another essential component. He can turn everything around with 1 touch.

We played against a high pressure Madrid, and we couldn't handle that pressure well at all...It's clear Allegri's work is still really really raw with the team,so I'll be looking to see the changes he will do.

Well personally,i never expected us to defeat Real cuz this is a new generation of players that needz time to blend and find a rhythm before we can compete with the best teams in the world.
Neverthless, purchasing quality players like strootsman, khedira, kaka, crisito etc than quality will help facilitate our course.
