Agreed, and I think we loose sight of the clubs objectives when we assume the men in charge are clueless or trying to weaken the side on purpose. The logic of it all is lost as well.

He didn't actually play any of the pre-season games. And no, I don't think he ever was considered our LB choice for the season. He was either gonna be a sub, or be loaned out again. I guess Allegri knows better, considering he sees him in training every day.

Don't tell me he's worse than Taiwo and Mesbah. I have seen all of Antonini, Mesbah, Taiwo and Vilà play. And Antonini and Vila are superior to the other two.

I am so annoyed we still are stuck with Mesbah and Taiwo, especially because I already thought they were out. Both have been so bad, it hurts thinking about seeing one play for us.

Well, Taiwo will be sold for certain. And there's still a possibility for Torino to sign Mesbah, considering Allegri doesn't want him. So that would only leave Antonini, and hopefully a new, quality LB.

Or maybe we're going to use De Sciglio in the left side? he's pretty much at the beginning of his career, he can adapt. there's been many of them before who started out at a position and soon moved to another. De Sciglio showed he's comfortable as a LB (against Inter and Zanetti no less) so why not? because as much as I'm opposed to Abate being our regular RB, that's exactly what he's going to be, our fixed RB.
