Yes we are cheap, we had a EUR 67MM loss in 2011, which was covered by our cheap *** president (IMG:style_emoticons/default/innocent.gif)

Rumor has it that we have no intentions of re-signing Aquilani at the end of the season, so he won't be playing the last few games.

Absolutely appalling. This club has become a joke.

Anyway, Keita is not near Bommel. He'd be a step back.

We'd be lucky if we got him, so let's not be picky here.

That's called beng cheap. We have a budget deficit each season, which becomes the perfect excuse for Berlusconi to say that he spends €70 million every year for this club blah blah blah. He should man up and spend a little more for a change, otherwise he should shut up and not criticize Allegri and the team for not playing like Barcelona.

exacly, i beleive the problems with the club are a little more fundamental then simply not spending enough in the transfer market...

You are joking, right? Most football clubs are torn between massive debts and interest payements, and you think a measly €70 million per year is considered a problem? I do realize that our revenues are far inferior compared to what English, Spanish and German clubs earn, but I also do realize that our president is one of the most powerful and richest men in Italy, and that balancing the books every year should be taken for granted. We've become so cheap that we are not even willing to pay €6 million for a player like Aquilani, not to mention all the free-agent signings that are becoming a recurring trend in the last few years. And then he has the balls to criticize Allegri and the team for not playing like Barcelona? That is downright pathetic.

Remember, Keita can leave Barcelona for free this summer, and there were rumors a few months ago about how Galliani had found a deal with him. So, I wouldn't be surprised if he's our van Bommel replacement.

Around the same time the Keita rumors arose, I also recall some stating that Abidal could have come to us in the summer.

It's a real shame what has become of his health lately. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

He would have made a huge improvement at our LB position.

We'll sign another creative player, I'm sure. I'd rather try someone else, so no, I don't think the club become a joke for letting Aqui go.

The Gazzetta dello Sport is today suggesting that Kevin Prince Boateng may be sold by Milan in order to raise funds.

Although the paper does make it clear that a sale is not certain, it does state that the club could consider such an option for a number of reasons.

Boateng is one of the outfit’s most valuable assets, an attacking midfielder who has the potential to fetch around €18m on the transfer market.

Now may also be the time to cash in on the player who has had his physical problems during the 2011-12 campaign.

Boateng, 25, has been limited to just four goals in 14 League games for the Rossoneri this term.

The Gazzetta also alleges that Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri is not totally happy with the player’s discipline.

Real Madrid, the story continues, could be interested in the former Portsmouth man who joined the Rossoneri in 2010.

The Gazzetta doesn’t think that the Diavolo would consider offers for €40m rated Thiago Silva, while it doubts any other club would pay €30m for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and then give him €9m a season in wages.

Reports in Italy are gathering pace that Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri is fighting to save his job.

The 44-year-old only signed a new deal at the club until June 2014 in January, but there is the belief that Allegri could be shown the door at the end of the season.

Allegri has become the latest boss to be criticised by demanding President Silvio Berlusconi for the way his side play football.

Stories over the past few days are suggesting that Berlusconi will be tempted to make a change should Milan fail to retain the title.

Fabio Capello has been linked with a possible director’s role at the outfit, with some also pairing him as a direct replacement for Allegri.

Ex-Milan defender Alessandro Costacurta, Zenit boss Luciano Spalletti, Dutch legend Marco Van Basten and even Barcelona tactician Pep Guardiola are being linked too.

Allegri, who has reportedly had some problems this term with a number of the side’s senators, does seem to have the backing of Vice-President Adriano Galliani.

Meanwhile, the club, via a note on their website, have underlined that Milan have collected 150 points under the former Cagliari tactician.

Allegri netted 82 points in 2010-11, while they have 68 so far this term with five League games to go.

In the same period of time, Juventus have collected 129 points, Inter 125, Lazio and Napoli 121, Udinese 118 and Roma 109.

Milan are currently second in the championship, three points behind Juventus.

When things go to ****, suddenly everyone has discipline problems and stuff?Tell me it's an invention by the media.

Letting Boateng go for just 18m would be ridiculous. The management must estimate his worth at least at 25 to 30m. I mean if a huge choker like Hamsik is worth some ridiculous 80m sum than Boateng has to be worth around 30.

As for the behidn the scenes issues. We all secretly worried what would happen with all the egos if we stopped winning. And lo and behold, we're hearing about troubles. Seedorf storming off the pitch is nothing new, but we all know that he only acts this way when he has his legitamite reasons.

There's been rumours of troubles with Ibra, Nesta, Seedorf and now Zambro is being mentioned as well. Aside from Ibra, which of these players have been known to have issues with their coaches in the past? None. Allegri is pig headed and stubborn, you can clearly see this from his selections, such as insisting on Urby in the AM position, the idiot known as Muntari, etc, etc, etc. And now with more cracks starting to show, such as leaving Mexes out of the squad when Yepes is our only other CB option, leaving Robino out, etc. Thing simply cannot continue in this way

this is unfair to allegri, he has always let his players to what they want on their own time, but such libertarian-ism is always going to be questioned when we lose. When we lose we always act like it's foreign to us and freak the **** out...

I hope you're right. In that case, I'd gladly let Aqui go. Montolivo will replace him. I hope our target is either Eriksen or Ganso, cause I can't think of anybody else at the moment.
